I'm on day 40 of the keto/carnivore diet - I lost 8 pounds of fat and probably added some muscles along the way. Eliminating carbs and sugars was the missing link in my journey to get 15% bf. I'm not counting calories anymore - eating as much as I want- no more inflammation, no more stabbing knee pain when I ride bike
I've been on the carnivore diet for seven days now, and I'm still fat. The blurry vision has gone away, though.
