Fool was A big hit in east texas when i got out of high school in 77... and i wore out that texas album,,,, Auberge was great too.... but i lost track of him after that,,, here in the states they dont really know his music and all the genere'.s and damnit he can wale on that slide guitar style of his,,,,, any way i just started spending time on youtube and found all this great chris rea music.... ive got alot of new stuff to catch up on so thank you again very much!!!!! EXCELLENT!!!!

I had only heard/known one song' Fool if You Think it's Over'....went to visit friends in JHB and he asked if I knew of Chris Rea ???? He then told me he worked at Sun City and this fantastic star ad been there playing to empty seats as no one knew him in South Africa. He then played some of Chris' music. I went home and bought all hos LP's and have been a fan ever since.....where what is he now ??
