Thank you Mauro and Madeline. I made your stuffed artichoke casserole last night. It was a big hit! My guests loved it.
I served it as a side to chicken franchise and homemade tagliatelle. It was absolutely delicious! The Trader Joe’s artichokes are great. This recipe is a keeper. Wishing you and yours, a very merry Christmas.

I just made a smaller portion of this with a jar of artichoke hearts in water that I had in my pantry. A downsizied version, but it was delicious nonetheless. This will now be a staple in my home! (I'll also be looking in Trader Joe's for the frozen artichoke hearts). xo

I live in Westchester County as well and they did have them in Mamaroneck…Also did you try Scarsdale?

YES-THANKSGIVING IS RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER. TO ME THE BEST PART OD TURKEY DINNER IS “THE STUFFING”.
Would need to make a double batch of this! 🥰
Yes for the holidays for sure!❤
Mauro's belly is hanging on the counter. Very funny.
We make something similar using canned artichoke hearts, but no mozzarella. It's so good.
I will have to make a small one, Thank you.
I make this every holiday as a side, it’s actually called artichoke heart casserole. Here’s a tip though I use imported canned artichoke hearts, I hate anything frozen. But I steam the artichoke hearts first in a steamer basket with grated garlic and lemon for about 20 mins. They come so tender. Then I do exactly what she did in the bowl with all of her ingredients. It would come so much better if she steamed them first with garlic and lemon
Do you drain and pat dry prior to baking?
Can you please post the directions and covered or uncovered when baking
Oh yummy
Yummy Yummy 😋
I went to Trader Joe's this week i live in Westchester County NY to get frozen artichoke's and they told me they are discontinued. Hopefully they bring them back.
I always make this but my recipe calls for a half a cup lemon juice and ed into the mixture. One of my family 's favorites!♥️
Sounds great!
