Marble Games What happened here? Why’d he smash it? Why did Richthofen not want him to smash the vials? Why did he have to die?
The reason they smash the blood vials and let him die is because A - the blood isn’t needed because they will no longer need to go to Gorod therefor revelations won’t happen. And B - Richthofen needs to be in the machine for the portals out of the BoTD dimension to remain open.
Go to a channel called Nixaru, watch his videos on the storyline, you will understand it easier

The truth of the kronorium that richtofen refused to see was, they are the reason thid madness exist. For as long as they exist this will never end. And so they go seek artefacts and in the end destroy the multiverse banish everything in the dark aether and kill everyone in their sleeps with poison. Nikolai then ask Samantha to finish him and then Eddie and Samantha walk to the new clean universe free of 115 and Apothicons/keepers. Until Activision decided that they still wanted money from it and created a new story there. It's really uninteresting imo, The Aether Story is WaW-Bo4. Then is the Dark Aether Story.

Well because Dempsey didn’t want to save Richtofen, he just didn’t want the warden to win and get what he wanted (he wanted Richtofen in the machine) so I think that’s why he wanted to pull Richtofen out of the machine

The way he was pleading ‘hello...hello, I’m still here’, you could hear the emotions and fear in his voice.
And the desperate plea of a dying man not to be forgotten... ‘wait’.
Nolan North did a very good job emoting his character in this scene.
Other parts of the cutscene were heart wrenching too but those initial lines by primes richtofen were subtle yet still jarring.💔
Overall the best cutscene in zombies history IMO, well done JC for completing the Egg 👍

Dareh Shipp both are BO3 Richtofen. Only difference is that the one alive is Great War Primis Richtofen. As soon as Monty sends all Primis back to beginning of cycle, is the Great War against Apothicons. The 4 heroes would later dissapear, i guess reincarnated idk but they meet up again in Origins and then BO3 happens, where cycle continues. Keep in mind tht Mob plays a major part herr cuz of the blood vials from mobsters and victis. With two endings, we know the original timeline connects with the cycle continuing in Mob. In this alteration of the timeline, it is branched between zetsuobu and gorod. This time they are stuck in Alcatraz, due to the cycle being broken in Mob by the Weasel. The bird in Blood helping Primis is Weasel. The bird represents freedom. Anyways, it seems like Great War Primis Richtofen(aka Post Revelations) here has experienced the cycle and knows about it. In order to prevent the cycle continuing, he probably put himself in stasis under Alcatraz, knowing that something would go down here and prevent Primis Richtofen from continuing the cycle. He had to be killed.

Since Alcatraz is now closed off/destroyed and the Victis crew is still there they're more than likely dead too. The last thing they say is "We're trusting you" to Richtofen, and they're trapped there forever. What a payoff to their story lol
I'm not sure if they will die. Did you see the bloodvials on the floor when they walked true the portal. Those are still intact and not broken. This story can get a even bigger twist.

No because the Warden and the souls are freed, and they were the only thing keeping the dimension alive. Without them, the dimension will cease to exist. It was pretty much a purgatory. So Non-Revelations Richtofen will cease to exist, and so will the Victis crew.
ExDominoXIII a portal closing doesn't mean the end of the dimension. It means they are trapped there. The blood was not powering purgatory. It was powering the portal to it.
Dru Owen I’m not saying the blood was powering the dimension, I’m saying that the island was only existent because Brutus and the souls were trapped there. Now that the souls are freed, and Brutus is gone, the dimension will probably cease to exist.
The worst part about it is that this take place between Zets and Gorod, before richtofen ever gets close enough to let the others know that he thinks of them as brothers, in the end him trying to save all of their souls is what sowed his own fate and they don't even know he was trying to save them and dies alone
Well that game was truly amazing and all my childhood memories was basically playing that game and I’d hate for it to end like this but it was for the best .

I’ve never had a game make me tear up, but once I saw the ‘bird’ and the sequence of it protecting Primis as well as the other prisoners, it got emotional..

I've been a big zombies fan, I've played since world at war. Seeing and doing this easter egg almost made me cry. That ending was so fucking sad, I will never forget it.

So, Revelations is just a means to another cycle, the one our dying Richtofen sought to complete and how we got it in Black Ops 3. Just like how Al's death was the key to end cycle from continuing in MOTD, dying Richtoften was the key to stop everything up to Revelations from happening again.
