You can do it in Liberty City Stories. You weren't meant to do it, so you have to steal it during a mission and get it into a garrage, but it's possible. An easier way to do it is to use the GTA re:LCS mod with a Vice City mod to spawn a helicopter. It's really fun and it's gorgeous to look at. Give it a try sometime.

The sound you have in the game is normal but the sound I have in the game is choppy please help me the sound solves its problem when I turn on the frame limiter but the problem is the game goes down to 30fps and I hate playing the game at 30fps this is not the only problem when Running on the car, it crashes and when you go down the cliffs it falls hard, but the remaining issues have been fixed by the silent patch
Its probably because you didnt replace the textures properly or maybe you have some better graphics mod installed. Im not so sure with that but im thinking you didnt install the TXD file properly..

they also had modded game saves for psp, its how i got the hunter and a mint maverick.
I can't even believe it was so fast like its faster than the dodo and the handling looks pretty realistic as well.
