- Took the bike out on a warm November afternoon. Just a real look at a day in the life for me here in California.
Lots of info in here about my 2016 Harley Davidson Dyna, what I've had done to it and how I made it all happen.

"I kept it that way for a year, to make sure I liked the bike ..". Such a smart way to do it. I see people in my motorcycle facebook groups say "my 2023 Thruxton arrives from the dealership on Monday. I already ordered the Mototone tail tidy kit, Baak 1 super bars and the Dominator shorty exhaust with cross over X pipe. They might all be great products, but you should wait at least six month to a year before you go crazy with mods. You gotta find out if it's going to be a forever bike or if you're gonna sell it in a year. The money they spend on mods, you're not getting that back when you sell the bike. I know because I've done it myself. It's very easy to get caught up in the honeymoon period of a new bike...that's when you'll go a little spend crazy. After a year, you'll know if you're going to have the bike for a long time.

I enjoy you videos and like your attitude. I met you at Born Free Texas and you are as spunky as you are in person. I wondered why you weren't competing with those guys with the FXR's. I know that you would have built and awesome bike and ranked up there if not in the top Tier. Keep that attitude and let them know that you are here to stay!!

I'm from Lakewood, but live in Idaho now, been To Cooks Corner soooo many times, my first Harley was a lowrider, thanks for the memories! Ever go to the Eldo? One of my favorite places to start my Sunday rides.

I don’t do Insta/tic, so more tube would be great, my first bike was a Dyna, lookin to get a 15/16 Low Rider, just to have one again, something beside my RG Bagger and BMW GS, happy holidays👍

RUclips just put your vid in my feed. Apparently you’re a bike builder? I’m building a custom FXR, reverse trike that’ll lean into corners like a regular bike. Center hub steering & bike will mechanically self upright at stops (I’m a para, use a wheelchair).

@@actuallyitsaxel Interesting. Low riders have a dedicated speedo and tach which are vertical to each other on the gas tank. Your original picture is missing that and I don't remember them ever coming with drag bars. It would be interesting to do a Vin check with Harley, which you can do yourself online. I'm not dogging you to don't take it personally, this just doesn't seem right to me.
