@wedyyt The first bit is on the G and D strings. 8 - 5 - 8 - 5 - 7 - 8 - 7 on the G, then 8 - 5 - 8 on the D. The way I play it is different from the midi, I just found it easier this way :)
There's many versions of the .midi available which you can convert to guitar tab with a program such as Guitar Pro. This cover is a mix of about 4 or 5 different midi files.

On paper, since you don't have a keyboard restricting you, when you want to write 3 X 3, you can instead use 3², but with a keyboard, you can copy and paste the symbol like how I did, write 3^2, or write 3 to the power of 2. All of them are acceptable.
