The Malaysian community had the bounty of the presence of Mr. Dunbar in 2018 in a Winter School. I saw him through the eyes of my children in their 20's. They found him illuminating and were fascinated by his talks. As a parent I was overjoyed. What else could I give as a gift to the next generation but to connect them to Bahaullah? I had a picture taken with him and a chat with him. It was such a bounty that we had Mr Dunbar. Most of them just loved him . We had a few counsellor members from the ITC and our own regional counsellors too who inspired us. May his services continue with the blessings of Bahaullah.

This guy is very funny, love him, in concerning athiests etc, love people toward the story you want to tell, when I met Baha'i, it was their love that attracted me. Coming from 28 years Christian. In serving and loving others we find our true self.......

i din't realize i hear this talk before until i scrolled down reading other comments and there my own comment of thank you...this reminded me of a question raised years ago in a conference at the Baha'i House Of Worship in Chicago where Ruhiyih Khanum was asked why do we have to come to conferences it the same old thing over and over again [some thing to that effect] which she replied to the person, please tell what I just spoke about and and there was a silence and she went on to say that's why' we need these talks to remind us etc., i guess i also forget and need to listen to these talks over and over again, it's always refreshing and definitely not boring, Thank you again for your time and teaching us, it's truely appreciated...THANK YOU...

What a wonderful wonderful presentation! Yo know I was thinking of Mr. Dunbar's mention, at 15:10, of Hand of the Cause Enoch Olinga, being told by Shoghi Effendi that "Abdu'l-Bahá called this world, this planet, the'Hell of the Planets', the most backward of them all. They still make war!" Mr. Dunbar then continues, "If you want a scale of how backward we are, it's that people still plot to murder each other ...." . As we know, Mr. Olinga was later murdered. Perhaps Shoghi Effendi, like Abdu'l-Bahá with the Titanic, had some misgivings about what the future held for Mr. Olinga. .

Von Fiels. Oh I'm, often wrong. How about you? But what is it you think I'm wrong about?

It's sad to think that merely not having a belief in a god or gods (atheism) was considered by Shoghi Effendi to be part of the "forces of darkness". I've known many wonderful, kind atheists in my life, and many perfectly awful "believers". Many sociological studies have shown there isn't any particular correlation between being religious and being moral.

What is pioneering cause I know they don't proselytize

Hi Angel. 'Pioneering' when used in a Baha'i context, is a term that applies to those people who leave their homes and travel and live in another country/location, in order to be of service in teaching the Baha'i Faith or strengthening an existing Baha'i community.

@@michaelmorgan6760 RUclips comment section is no place for a difficult conversation, and this barrier, far more than most, I 'get' why it feels so caustic.
You can't and shouldn't do anything insincere. Either from within the Faith or without, please continue to meditate on this matter; there is more going on here than, I feel, is generally acknowledged/seen.
      Allah'u'Abha.

yoga postures, they are reverent movements. Learn about other religions. AND STOP using the terms of mental health incorrectly. people need to stop laughing at things that they're ignorant about. If people were to actually study Hinduism and yoga they would learn about movement, prayer, and mental health.

Muhammad was not from "among their brothers". Deut 18:18 is referring to Jesus.
