You forgot to mention that Arkansas ranks in the top 15 for fiscal responsibility both short and long term without federal spending coming in. Plus it's moved into the top 20 for job opportunity.

The economy is rocking with record number of jobs created. Our inflation is down faster than any other country and inflation is world wide. Five million applications to open small businesses have been submitted and yet the right keeps listening to these lies. You guys love the lies and embrace them instead of fact checking. If you look at the statistics, it isn’t exactly dire. Overall they’re 41st, not 47th which, granted, isn’t much better but is still better.
As for the actual statistic, Arkansas does very well when it comes to graduation rate (ranking at 15-17th at points) and low debt (ranking about the same) but fails when it comes to exceptional grades. What you could get in, say, California is a bunch of people at CalTech who get superb grades and bring up the averages much higher than Arkansas’ but the average pass rate for the state is far less than Arkansas’
