@@Whiffly Mixing different fixatives can be tricky. Frankincense and Myrrh is the most powerful fixative combo I've ever worked with. It stayed on my skin for DAYS.
What’s your favorite fixative? What are the natural ingredients that give a cooling sensation aside from patchouli, vetiver, spearmint and citrus notes? I noticed a definite cooling sensation after adding patchouli but it isn’t my favorite.
I love this presentation, I love Ambroxan/ Iso E super and Javonul. Please recommend where I can get these synthetic molecules and also which fragrances have them in large dose .
That's the beauty of Perfumery! You're free to experiment. I can't see why these two chemicals can't mingle together. Test it out and let your nose decide 😌
It really depends on what you're trying to achieve with your fragrance. The only way to find out is to try! Trial and Error within development is crucial.
It depends on the ingredients. Be sure to read your SDS and product usage information before handling. It's important to really understand the ingredients you're using ✌🏼
THANK YOU! I've been looking everywhere for a simple scientific explanation as to why fixatives prolong evaporation.
