When the Descendents reformed in the Nineties, I had just got into them by way of the constant name checking from bands like Mega City Four and Senseless Things. At the Electric Ballroom and the Garage in London, they played two of the best gigs I have ever seen in 20 years of gigs. The original pop-punks and one of the most influential bands ever.
Watched this before, and it doesn't get old. Love them. Seen them a ton of times, from tiny venues to slightly larger venues. Never disappointed. Some of the best times of my life, spent at their shows!
This is perhaps the best sounding Descendents footage I've seen. They were just BLISTERING on these "Everything Sux" tours. VERY Glad that ALL is doing shows again, but...gawd, Milo is just untouchable.

That's so cool of he still gets into the crowd to surf at a big outdoor, heavy security rock concert like this. It's funny cuz in the old days, the audience would be right there almost on the same level as the band.

yeah flea played in "Fear".. but matt freeman isnt only fast play. he can play punk and ska (operation ivy). play with pick, with fingers and slapping man. play fast and play slow and great too. and he can sing while playing difficult bass lines

If you ever heard their two live albums, "Liveage" and "Hallraker" you would know that Bill Stevenson (original band founder) is the man on drums.
