    INGREDIENTS
    1 egg yolk at room temperature
    2 eggs at room temperature
    14oz sweet condensed milk 397g
    1 3/4 cup milk 414ml - 420g
    1 cup shredded parmesan cheese 240ml - 3oz - 85g
    1 cup ricotta cheese 8.7oz - 262g
    Oil for the pan
    Hot water for cook the dessert
    1- all ingredients must be at room temperature
    2- preheated oven at 350F
    3-the water in the water bath must be hot
    4-Bake for 1 hour
    5-Let cool off completely than refrigerate overnight before un-mold your dessert
    6-keep refrigerate
    ATTENTION!
    Do not unmold the hot pudding, as it will be soft while hot! We recommend leaving it in the refrigerator overnight before unmolding.
