I have looked and I'm having difficulty finding a reliable process to evaluate large volume PDFs, medical records sent from other providers or that patients bring in themselves. The need for a backward database creation would allow for efficiency of time utilization. Time IS Money, but getting a more complete picture of previous diagnosis and treatment is literally affecting the new providers outcomes.
