Yes it makes scientific sense to people with a brain who understand satellite orbital dynamics. ISRO could have launched satellite directly to Mars relative position which would cost it Billions more... But ISRO scientists used common sense and launched the satellite at a strategic point on the Mar's orbit. Eventually Mars had to come along its orbit and then satellite orbital maneuvering was initiated. The sateelite waited for Mars to reach that point instead of being lauched to moving Mars. Does it make sense to you. North Indians can't understand this. We need more IQ for this.
