    Welcome to Day 1 of Advance Buddhist Meditation practice to take your spiritual experience to a higher level.
    This 4 step practice will help you remove negative blocks, and attract positivity in your life.
    Posture:
    Try to maintain the seven-point meditation posture for as long as you can:
    Legs crossed
    Spine erect
    Neck slightly titled forward
    Shoulders stretched wide
    Hands in your lap, or capped on your knees
    Eyes half shut or fully shut
    Mouth slightly open, tongue touching the upper palate
    When to do it?
    You can do it whenever you have quiet time to connect with yourself.
