I love seeing your videos because you are so calm and natural. I really hope you will make more videos very soon. Don't be nervous and stop worrying about gaining some weight. You are a lovely lady and you help so many of us. There will always be nasty people that make nasty comments but you are better than them. We are all in the same boat when it comes to our weight. It's so easy to put on but difficult to get off. Just remember those that care won't judge you. You did just fine on this vlog and I for one can't wait to see you again very soon. Hiya debbie glad to see you again! I have also struggled with maintaining on slimming world. Ive seen youve had this trouble for a while too, maybe slimming world isnt for you? It can be quite a restrictive diet in my opinion and can make you feel guilty at times, which can lead to overeating and binging. Ive been doing it myself lately just watching what i eat and its helped me a lot. I mean this all in the kindest supportive possible way. I hope your well and enjoy your Christmas xx

Do you still do your country walks? Loved watching your adventures! I did a 7 mile walk around Derwent Valley reservoir last week. Today doing Chew Valley in Greenfield around the reservoirs there.
Sounds lovely! Think we’ve took a break from longer walks while Peggy’s young and we’ve not had the best weather really have we? But we may start working up to them again x
