The mods have done a remarkable job of keeping spoilers away from me, and now, in the home stretch of finding out who Tobi really is and getting to see if one of my guesses was correct, I'm not gonna let that surprise be taken away.

In case you can't tell, Tobi and the real Madara are working together as they both stated before. But Madara was expecting to be revived with rinne rebirth (Pain's revival jutsu) as he stated when he stepped out the coffin. Kabuto is interfering in their plans.
@@outis_406 Sora arc is terrible. The idea of it is fine but the dialogue is horrendous, the pacing is a huge fucking drag. The best part of it was about Asuma but they spent so much wasted time on Sora and it was horribly annoying.
If i remember correctly utakatas filler story is the only one that directly conflicts with the cannon. His story isn't half bad as well. It would prolly be the only one that i would recommend mostly because of its forced story into the cannon and you seem to be interested in it as well
It's somewhat interesting because Utakata is an interesting character, but the actual story itself is the most generic anime-filler-arc-#17 it gets. I much preferred Fu's filler since it was mostly just having some fun and seeing a bit more of underdeveloped characters.
There was a filler arc about Utakata that the bubble shows, in the Manga Naruto never met any of the Jinchuuriki before now except for Bee & Gaara because the timeline didn't really allow for it. None of the Utakata stuff has any relevance to the series as a whole anyway.

When this filler Arc was happening it was right after the pervy sage die. even though that it was filler arc it was about Masters and students so for me it was building up the reveal of pervy sage because Naruto was reflecting of how much you really cared about the pervy sage.
Madara's voice actor is easily the best in the Dub. That's not to say I don't like the other voices, but he delivers every line with such power and intimidation. "I am no one. Nor do I want to be anyone." It still gives me chills when I hear it.

The reason you missed the bubble dude is because a lot of the time filler=cannon, sometimes when making the animation based off a comic they will expand the story, idiots over in America circle jerk over filler so hard like its a bad thing by default they miss out on the whole point. Thats why a lot of episodes are marked "mostly filler" the longer a show goes on, because at that point its been expanded. Filler is not a bad word, but the people who circle jerk over it will tell you it is.
Utakata's tailed beast mode is disturbingly versatile. If his enemy wasn't Pain, I really shudder to think what kind of damage he could have done against other Akatsuki. Makes me wonder how Hidan fares getting melted down with acid.
Utakatta's story is from a filler arc. Hotaru isn't canon, this part is just in the episode since it would be odd not to address their relationship from the anime filler.
