    Cornstarch 3 Tbsp
    All-Purpose Flour 3 Tbsp
    Cooking Oil 2 Tbsp
    Garlic, minced 4 cloves
    Reb Bell Pepper, small cubes 10 gms
    Onion Leeks, chopped 30 gms
    Red Chilies, chopped 2 Pcs
