Do the 44 gloves run big because I just ordered a 12.5 and i was just wondering
they run pretty big, I have a 12.5 (the one on the desk to my left) and it feels fine

Im a college infielder and my 44 lasted 2 years before I had to get a new glove and I decided to go back to a2000 and don't regret it, I love my 44 outfield glove tho.
Something I love about 44’s is that you can customize every aspect, even how durable you want the glove to be. I almost always get my 44 gloves with a kip palm liner and pro stiffness to make them last as long as possible, but they’re also only $170 so i don’t mind if they only last a couple years!

Thanks man! I think the gill lacing makes the thumb and pinky pad feel a little thicker, but then again I only have 1 glove with gill lacing so i’m not 100% sure. I think it’s mostly for aesthetics.

Would you recommend closing a 12 inch 3rd base glove thumb to ring?
Yes! Actually that’s how I prefer some of my infield gloves tbh. Feels more natural to my hand. The only gloves I feel should almost always close evenly are outfield, first base mitts, and catchers mitts

On the 44, they used to be Royal blue. They’re sun faded now lol

Why do you bat left but throw right
Not sure why exactly, but there are tons of players that do this. One of my teammates throws left, bats right. Just because you throw with one hand doesn’t mean you aren’t allowed to bat with the other. Think of switch hitters. I think it just feels right?
@@914ballgloves8 Lots of guys bat left and throw right. A lot of scouts actually like lefty swingers and the fact that you throw right allows you to play any position! God is good🙏🏻
