How can i get the GCMS note?
Sir I got a medical request on 22 August and on 24 August my medical was done and through web form we had sent it to embassy.
And on 10th September hospital had send the medical to embassy.
But I got refusal in November and they had given the reason that we had not fulfilled their request of medical.
Now we had send them the reconsideration on 11 November with proof....Will embassy gonna give me a visa?
Hi Sagar - You should hopefully get the visa since it seems that there was a miscommunication but I can't confirm. A reconsideration request can take some time to process (i.e. 30 days). Hope this helps.

As far as i know you have to travel with the one with the visa and the new one until the visa expires. I could be wrong .

You need a copy when you apply online. If approved, you will need to mail it to get your visa stamped.
