I would wager "no" - even same style shutters have different manufacturers. That's just my guess, perhaps there are clips that are compatible with all shutter types.

pazu322 thank you. I didn’t install my shutters they came with my house. So I don’t know the manufacturer. I have a few broken clips and was wanting to fix them.

@@robertmichaud3655 Right, that is tricky. The manufacturer (or at least the installer) might have put a label or branding on to the shutters in an inconspicuous spot, like the side where the hinges are. Hopefully you can track it down and find a suitable replacement clip.
