Welcome to Coquitlam! I lived in Coquitlam for 5 years and can share some notable restaurants for you to try. 1. Yewon Korean Restaurant - best Sundae and Makgeolli in town (personal preference) 2. Kimbab Cheonguk - cheap eats 3. Tâ Bom Korean Cuisine - their fish cake hotpot is my fav 4. South Castle Korean Restaurant - i find this restaurant a bit weird, they wrote their best-tasting dishes in Korean only - many of them are not available on their english menu online. 5. Bambada 밤바다 - best for korean seafood dishes.
@@firekikiinthebasement hmm im not sure... they give you the Makgeolli in a glass container instead of the original bottle. I never tried Makgeolli from Vanmak so you may have to taste it yourself 🤔🤔
They usually sell Cass and Hite! These can be found in liquor stores too! Personally I like Korean rice wine the most, I will introduce one locally brewed brand later in my video, stay tuned😸😸

If you wanted to get good quality meat, it has to be the little shop in Richmond which is operated by Japanese. They even sell authentic wagyu beef.

I would like to ask about the Korean beer. From your video, I saw Cass beer from Korea. Is it regular beer they sell all the time?
