i started working in japan from south africa, afew years after collage. everyear ill do 1-2 super car rentals and drive around the cities and honestly, the energy of driving around tokyo in a super car is unlike anything else. the first time i experienced it was driving in a bus from the airport after arriving and it was so magical, i was sleepy af but i immediately woke up and told myself ima drive my own ride down those streets.
The car culture is literally dying out in the world because of Affordability, people who want older cars can't really acquire them because their owners don't want to let go of them, so no young people driving around. It's pretty rare to see.
if thats what you think, then sure. but if you tell yourself "theres an abundance of cars and classics, and i know i will find a bargain" then that too will happen. Ive found so many bargains online, and even driven to see the car and speak to the seller, make sure it aint a scam. and most of the time im finding bargains. now i know how much to save up for, what i want/dnt want, and a network of dealers to call on once im ready for that nissan fairlady z
