I fracture my leg in two places off roading / green laning while wearing POD K4 knee braces but it could have been so much worse. Knee protection and armour is crucially important while doing any enduro, motorsport, water sports even if you are a beginner like me.

Painful injury , need mud and rain to soften these off's on the lane's ,pods looked really good ,expensive but worth it .
