If you type 'Broch Dun Dornaigil' into Google maps that's where this starts. Runs north alongside Loch Hope. Road in from Lairg was also pretty spectacular (but bleak) I did record the trip in but my GoPro Session jumped off the back of the bike at some point 😬
@CampbellZeroOne ooft a mile out with my guess. Wrote my masters dissertation on Brochs and duns distribution in relation to topography at Dundee uni in the 90's and totally missed the Broch at the start of your upload 😀
@@captainaverage721 😂 That's a classic! Yeah, heard about it on a podcast and the guy mentioned it was a really quiet single track road so my interest was piqued. Unfortunately you can't get into the broch, but it's still worth a stop if you're heading up that way.
Im scratching my head as to where this is, is that the Angus Glens? Perfect bike for those sort of roads 👍
