I go about my day as usual now, but when it hits it hits hard. And it feels just like yesterday when another friend of mine called me up to let me know that he has gone to the other side. I’m still crying at times, since manythings I do reminds me of him.
I’m still in denial that he’s gone actually. We lived in different continents so I didn’t get to attend his funeral, didn’t even get a chance to say goodbye. And I wasn’t there when he needed me the most.
We didn’t get much time together in person. And he didn’t get to go to the end of the road. Thank you so much for sharing this song with me. Sending lots of love and hugs your way.

Absolutely excellent song, has a kind of old time reminiscent feel like an old couple dancing. Love the dynamics and the chord changes, they sound so distinct. "Oh the freedom it gives you, but I didn't want to lose you." The way that leads back to "I'm afraid" was incredible.
