Very well trained and good tempered horses. Excellent handling by everyone who came to assist. Most horses will panic in that situation. These horses clearly have been well trained and trust that someone will come help them out. The barrier did give on impact so clearly the course was designed with safety in mind.
A year later lol.. I agree, a lot of these four in hand are so stoic, even when on a fixed course outside. I’ve seen some accidents happen when I would, as a human freak out. If I follow the video correctly, I like how they finish the course as to not make the horses fearful of that bridge or anything else that might cause fear.
Prachtige paarden!!
If women screaming were typical behaviour would most of the women in the crowd not have screamed? Typical knee-jerk woman-bashing comment. Bloody numpty.
My mini horse always seems excited when I get her cart or harness out. I don't hide it or sneak up to her. If she doesn't want to go out she goes to the other side of the pen (she has and does this) and I dont take her out. I go up to her pen and put her gear in front of it or on it and she always seems excited and wants to get going. She willingly takes the bit, often putting it in her self if I put it in my hand and show it to her. The key is to make the task enjoyable and easy. As well as rewarding them for a job well done in a way they understand and enjoy. Dont make them keep going when they are tired. Dont ask them to do thing they cannot do. Dont make them do things they do not understand. Not all horses like pets. Not all horses like treats (most do though). Most horses like to be left alone, not bothered as a reward. My horse likes and actively seeks pets because I've rewarded her with food when she is pet. (Shes always liked scratches without teaching her)

They were obviously not lame. They are athletes. The frames were soft it didn’t hurt them at all. They obviously looks absolutely fine and did an incredible recovery. He did right to finish well. Next time it would be possible they would be more afraid of those obstacles.
The horses obviously love this activity, their ears were pricked, they were listening to the driver and looking ahead for the next obstacle, what’s not to like? They even picked themselves up and carried on with enthusiasm after taking the wrong course. They are not lightweight whimsy creatures who need wrapping in cotton wool, they are warriors who love to work and thrive on variety.
cruel? what? looks to me like they love it! no horses were hurt, they love running around together, its not like its the big lick class in tennessee walker shows! go look THAT up for equine cruelty fodder for you! now THATS cruelty!!
No, they were not.Petrified horses react with flight. That’s what scared horses do.These horses have been well trained and have confidence in their driver.

Sad miscommunication, but the horses are very well trained and calm. Respect!
Very experienced whip who got them through the hiccup, a pleasure to watch his relationship with the team too.
Very calm horses in this situation
Beautiful well bred very expensive stock, cream of the crop!
I hope the
Horses are ok
Okay didn't expect it would went wrong at the end. Happy that everything is ok with everyone

The woman screaming at 1:51 hahahahahaha
It got me too xD
Terrible behavior. Typical for woman in emercency situations. It makes things just more worst.

what breed are these horses?
Without a doubt, the drivers fault
Strykerismyhorse oh 100% it is never the horses fault. Miscommunication most likely.
any british person watching isn’t watching they’re bopping to the song
Ahhh, ik mis de romeinse wagenrennen. Ben Hur enzo. Dat waren nog eens crashes! 😜😁
Wie ruhig sie bleiben
What breed are these horses
Lippizzaner I think? Not sure tho
The music is very distracting
..and the public too Noisy..
Is this really fun? Is this really good for the horses? Really?
Horses are athletes. Do you think skaters should not play hockey?

Cool!!!! Congratulation!!!
least it fell apart easy..
Driver‘s mistake, not one of the horses !
No clear direction, this could easily be seen !
Helmets should be mandatory, cloth ball caps are no protection.
best control
So stupid and dangerous. No one is going to be driving a cart or carriage like that smh.
Horses should not be with loud banging music and screaming people.

British people might do a Military Two Step instead!
Horses voted they want a new driver lol .. With the blinders on they don't see much ..
This is a very cruel sport that no horse should have to go through! It’s absolutely ridiculous that anyone allows this
@@nicolinelund3771 guess its ok then cuz its only a little bit abusiv

Very cruel? Have you ever left the armchair? Effort isn't misery, it's fun. Ask a ballet dancer if she'd rather be sitting around doing nothing.
