@@Crazy-Horse-Tx. With the tear gas and the mace in the room, especially the crazy amount they used on him would be enough to kill a man, seriously, I know if I was that man I wouldn't be walking out of that cell cause I'd be dead.
@@xfreeza4978 : Never in my 12 years have we had a inmate die from oc or cs chemical agents.
However, inmates with asthma are a big risk. But those inmates usually know better and do not risk getting that far into it.
Trust me ; the last thing any unit wants to do is use chemical agents on offenders. Why, because of the paperwork involved.
@@Crazy-Horse-Tx. That's true my friend but it's still unnecessary to use that much plus tear gas just on one man and than jump on top of him with 15 plus co's
@@Crazy-Horse-Tx. The one macing even threw up via the small gap he was sticking his arm through, I understand its hazardous conditions but that is just like squeezing a bull's balls if your worried about blind rage (pun fully intended). I understand its intents and use but in that case it's hard to not believe its excessive. Although since it's stated as his first operation I suppose it could be pawned as a "rookie move".
The "correction system" seems to forget its purpose. Most of these individuals do not have the communication/life skills to begin with. These instances only teach them that excessive force is the best way to get a point across which I think is objectively seen as unproductive. I'd go as far as to say that's a big reason America has an 80% recidivism rate after only 5 years out.

Even though it sounds kind of petty, in the prison world, if you allow an inmate to cause at you and you don't do anything about it. It gives them permission to do it again and even go as far hurting you or convincing other inmates to disrespect you as well. So the officer acted right.👍
His whole mood switched, all his power was drained once the Officer said, "Let me shake this room down"

I bet it wasn't thier policy due to budget. I hope they complain about that. They need mask too
Their brain had lag in it
Tabora doesn’t matter, would definitely save your lungs from all that toxic gas
He doesn’t wear one because he has to be able to give clear verbal commands. In a prison or a jail inmates will do whatever they can to get an officer fired, could easily say he didn’t give any commands or I couldn’t understand what he was saying so they can easily flip it on the officer. The officers do that to cover their tales.

And the human race digresses.
@Dustin thewind he wont do it again though, and no one else watching or hearing of it will either.

Dustin thewind He should have been quiet
@Dustin thewind Him bringing attention and burning out the spot can get him killed. It's his actions not the officers bro. You got a.blame other people attitude.
Someone please explain the tactics of telling someone to cover you with a shotgun....from 50 feet away....with your target obstructed by half a dozen friendlies it would be impossible not to hit...."if they do something stupid". How is five officers not enough to handle a single inmate? What would a LTL shotgun even do at that range that would help anyone?
beanbags can go quite far if you're firing down with a clear line of sight and no guessing where to aim
could also be rubber slugs
They should use .177 pellets.
Can give tremendous pain and dont spread like shotgun
It’s also because they had multiple inmates moved down below they weren’t sure if they were going to all do something at ince
Well, since we have a Sherlock here, I think I need to explain. Rubber bullets or beanbags are not like shotgun ammo. Shotgun ammo spreads on distance, beanbags hit directly from quiet far.
I love HIS spirit!
Bruh that guard with the stupid hair looks so defeated when the inmate said "that's right nothin" lol
It was his fault in a way. Ofcourse the inmates are gonna entice him and he kept going back to him. He should've just go on about the shakedown. It would've been so much better if he would've found any contraband on his house. But unfortunately the inmate won that round.
Tbh i think a lot of inmates attitudes is that they know they cant be touched.
Honestly you break the law, some of your constitutional rights should be revoked. To put fear of whats about to happen into people.

No the trays were supposed to be picked up from their cells. No one came so they shoved them out the door and made a mess with it. They don’t want that mess in their own cell. They know if it’s all in the block in front of the doors in the hall that it’ll have to be cleaned up
The trash will likely be picked up in a timely manner the next time though.
That guy is a scumbag but he had a point about the trash because from now on they’re gonna clean it up
No the point was to take all that trash which was supposed to be cleaned out of their cells and throw it of the cells so it gets picked up by the guards so theres no cockroaches or anything. It was basically their only way to get it thrown out
There in those cells 23 hrs a day and spend 1 hr a day in a cage outside. The halls/pod is only to walk troigh to the cage or other places inside the facility. So they didn't trash their living space.
