With your videos, the Microsoft docs, and the Microsoft AZ-500 reference book, I learn so much more then following other courses. I read the docs, watch your videos, and then reference the book and I understand so much more. I appreciate you keeping this free.
Working on my Az-305, and might I say your videos are imperative to my learning. Learning paths and Udemy courses are cool, but you comprehensively go over the topic and it’s great.
I imagine John going to a classroom and getting to the whiteboard and start drawing stuff and then trying to drag the drawing around the whiteboard.... :D I know I would do that for sure if I was so used to do the drawings in an interactive one. Good work there by the way!
Great explanation. It's a technology that I've avoided for a long time in favour of custom identity access management. Would be good to understand for a custom application how you can authenticate and authorise from B2C. But that's for another day!
Thank John for explaining it well. I had opportunity to build B2C custom policies for some our organization branded websites, I was amazed on how extensively we can customize user journey. Thanks again.
Awesome, thanks a lot for producing these videos John!! I have one question for you, if I may. When connecting the AAD B2B external identities to B2C through the subscription, are users enrolled through B2C registered in the B2B directory the same way as any other guests invited in B2B? If so, I guess they could i.e. be given access to the Office365-instance of the B2B-tenant?
@@NTFAQGuy Thanks for replying so quickly, John! Having gone through the video again, I see that you're not connecting the AAD-tenant to another B2C service. You're just applying an identical pricing model/subscription in order to avoid the 1:5 ratio limit. My apologies for mixing that up, and thanks again!
It goes without saying that the video is class, thanks for sharing. On a more personal note, where do you find the time to research, learn, produce content, work, workout and spend time with family? I notice you are doing mentoring videos so would be interested to see how you find the time for all this (amazes me!).
Thanks. So I kind of talked about my routine on my 2020 look back video. Maybe I'll throw something together but I just don't think its that interesting which is why I've not done one on it specifically but I guess I will :-)
Thanks for the great video John. Maybe I missed something but a lot of these features are already in AD B2C. What is the difference between the new AD External Identities and AD B2C?
Note. With MAU if you MFA using the authenticator app then that is free.
Loved this!!!😁 It's incredibly helpful and detailed.
John. You've become an indispensable part of my job! Thank you for taking the time to make these videos. It’s greatly appreciated!
Wow, thanks

I'm not following honestly. B2B and B2C are separate things. I have other videos about B2B/B2C etc that may help.

Nevermind lol, I finished the video and you answered my question 🤣🤘🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Lol
Very well explain
Thank you!
merci John. I'am wondering if AAD and user management is the most particular part in Azure that differentiates with AWS and GCP ?
I think the identity services have different capabilities but I think there are many other differences between all the cloud platforms.
brilliant
For the algorithm! 😁
