  • If you have 1 cup of oatmeal, no flour, no sugar! I eat 3 times a day and lose weight! Healthy dessert in 5 minutes! Gluten free, easy homemade oatmeal dessert.
    👉1 recipe:
    1.5 cups rolled oats 150g
    20g raisins
    1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
    1 tablespoon sesame seeds
    1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
    40g walnuts
    2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
    1/2 carrot 100g
    130 ml yogurt
    1 tablespoon honey (optional)
    Bake for 25 minutes at 180 °C (350 °F)
    Coconut flakes
    👉2 recipes:
    2 cups rolled oats 200g
    1.5 cups water 300 ml
    Leave for 10 minutes
    Pumpkin 250g
    1 apple
    1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
    2 tablespoons nuts 40g
    1 tablespoon raisins (optional)
    1 teaspoon olive oil
    Vegetable oil
    Pumpkin seeds
    Bake for 20 minutes at 180 °C (350 °F)
    Olive oil
    If Cook on low heat
    Cover and cook for 5-8 minutes
    Olive oil
    Cook on low heat for another 3-5 minutes
    Coconut flakes
    Pumpkin seeds
    👉3 recipes:

    3 eggs
    1 banana
    20g cashews (optional)
    Cranberries and grapes (optional)
    Olive oil
    1 apple
    Bake at 180 °C (350 °F) for 30-35 minutes
    Coconut flakes
    Cocoa powder or cinnamon powder
