You are in wifi mode ( reqs receiver dongle). It is looking for receiver connected to any system. If it hasn't detected one yet, 'P' will keep blinking
@user-mj4lw3vk3s if you still want to know, if you press fn+enter while the keyboard is in wireless mode (Bluetooth or the wireless dongle) then the number keys will light up 1 to 10 depending on the remaining battery.

You cant. I asked RK and they replied that the only way is to deactivate fn key and program F keys to do what you want them to do when pressed.
