I just picked up a 2021 CLS 450C and that was the same reason my dealer gave for calling it a coupe as well. Mine also has that 'rear kick' function for opening and closing the trunk too. Maybe it's something new for 2021. Drives like a DREAM! Oh, and the 2021 does have a touch screen, as well as the wheel control and trackpad to control the screens but has no analog clock.

I stopped by the local Mercedes dealership today to see about making a video to help you out but then found out that the 2020 model or older of the CLS 450 does not have a voice command.
