My thoughts: Stay with Silverrun until you've purchased all the required production sites, then rotate in with the other play-throughs. Silverrun and the expansion pack is such an improvement to the game, it deserves a bit more of the lime-light. I think the new map review didn't go over well was because of all the interest in Silverrun and the Platinum expansion. I don't believe anybody is looking to do a new map right now. And finally, I'd keep logging on your own plot and working towards the Furnace and bucket trailer. I'm interested in seeing where you're going to set it up. Oh, and warm honey and lemon for that sore throat.
You can carry two on the pallet forks at a time as they are long enough to catch two. Will save a bit of time loading materials up. Only thing it won't work on is prefab walls. The flooring factory uses both long and short planks to make flooring. The steel mill uses iron ore which cost nothing other than a bucket to go on your wheel loader and a dump trailer to haul the ore. But that needs to be placed and you need an area to place it.
Loving this series very much. Please continue for as long as possible 🙂 Also the Metal brings a lot more money and you need it for the boats too. Go for that one first.

It will slow down again, after a bit of time. I hope you bring back the other two series, I am enjoying those as well. Perhaps do 1 of each per week and focus for the rest on this map? I would say keep logging and make the money needed for the metal works as you need it and continue to sell products but get the iron first than move on to other productions. Love the play so far and in time you can go back to Attingham Park. This map and DLC deserves a good full play through
Personally if I were you I would buy 3 6m log containers fill them up with proper length timber, and sell then purchase flooring factory, and also the land plot just north of current camp, then fill 3 more 6m log containers or however many needed to purchase iron furnace, wam bam bingo success, then keep filling sawmill with wood, distribute to all other factories to finish 1st stages of both coaster and boat yard, stage 2 you'll need a spinnery and wool or cotton to make fabrics for boats, barrel factory purchase and furniture factory I believe, love the series and all other content, keep up the good work...
Keep going until you can buy the metal refinery - it’s the better long-term strategy from what you said about prices for the metal. Then the flooring factory. With those two you will soon earn enough for more land (plot 11 looks best?). And also need to think about replanting trees, your logging yard, and somewhere better to live. Plenty to keep this series alive 😀
I really like this series. Honestly this map is probably the best Giants has made, even though it's not a "farming" one. Also, I'm using this series' videos to learn stuff I've missed while playing myself.
Itd be awesome if VF did a forestry map again, but try umbreon valley, or ocean side. But use forestry as main money with farming or animals as secondary. It helps break up straight farming letsplays. Great series watching it for 2nd time now 😊
I'm enjoying this map. I would say that getting the iron furnace is imperative. The money you will make from it will fund everything else you want to do on this map
Love this series. I wouldn't mind seeing it go a little while longer. Also, I've found that if I slow down with the train before sending it near the edge of the map, I'm having a lot less pallets go flying off.
There's a buzz around Silverrun in the community so I'd stick with that. If it's working out well for channel then keep it going. I think players like to watch series they are playing on a rule ( just an opinion)
I would say keep current land and buy the flooring factory and keep cutting trees to supply the saw mill, rail bars and the flooring then sell the excess to purchase the furnace to then make the metal for the roller coaster

You are funny. The specialty wagon for big lumber is easy to fill with beams and long planks but you put them on the flatbed. You also put the oversize walls on that which is opposite how it's supposed to be done.
Fair enough. I might try it the other way around next time. Trouble is I only have access to one side of the speciality wagon, so I tend to put less on it.
I would save up and cut in your area and then buy the furnace. Also i would like you to go back to your other maps all anyone is doing is the new map it would be a nice change back

I love Silverrun Forest, but i missed Attingham Park. As grew up in a farm in late 90s early 00s, i find it very nostalgic

The first trailer on the train is what they use for board lumber. I'm sure you can find some pics of them on google.
