This pyramids steepest angle of inclination (like you driving up the steepest slope) is 50.906° but Giza Pyramid is 51.866°... so Giza is 2% steeper. I believe the pyramid angles must be exact for the pyramid to work but I never tested it...

He did actually try food preservation and it worked well. Tomatoes dried without rotting at all
