I was very upset and disappointed that this tenant felt the need to be so diabolical and destructive after she lived there for 10years plus didn’t pay rent during the COVID moratorium, and you were a good landlord to her! You kept the faith and didn’t give up although you must have been so hurt. But God said in Romans8:28 that all things work together for good to them that love Him and are called according to His purpose. I’m glad to see the house so nicely repaired and ready to sell. I don’t want you to experience anything like this again.

I have always had a white kitchen since my first home in the 90’s and now I don’t want one because it’s so popular now. To save from changing my entire kitchen, I’m thinking about making them more of a medium cream.

The house turned out great compared to the mess it was. However, if I was a potential buyer, I would try to get the house with a discount because some things would drive me crazy and need to be changed. The lights are not centered over bathroom vanities and mirrors, missing closet doors, the mixture of stainless steel with gold hardware in the kitchen, and I really prefer brushed nickel instead of bronze or gold fixtures like lighting and door knobs ect. I like lighting, door knobs, ect to match. I would want to add a simple backsplash in the kitchen. I personally would have used a lighter eggshell color on waIls (I like to add color with furniture, accessories, and window coverings but not too many brown or tan) but a darker carpet because of stains showing on light carpet (most rentals I have been in had this light carpet) . I do like the higher light over the dining area and the fact that the laminate counters now are a lot nicer than the laminate on the 1970s and I dream of the upright side by side freezer/refrigerator. I know that I am a plain more vanilla kind of person. but some people might love the mix of things in this house.
How about you just find another house to buy...this wouldn't be the house for you and I would NOT even accept your offer with all of your complaints...LoL

The things you pointed out are petty and I don't do business with small minded people. So you stated your opinion which opens me up to state mine too.
