Chasing Light: Maskoshika State Park

In this episode I visit Makoshika State Park in Eastern Montana looking for northern lights and thunderstorms. I only found one of them, but I realized that you do not want to miss this place. If you're not going to drive way out into the middle of nowhere to see it firsthand, you should probably watch this.

Heading to Montana next month and had in our plans to stay a night or two at Makoshika State Park. Born and raised in Western Montana I never knew this park even existed until a year ago when an RV'er filmed it right after we drove by Glendive and missed it. Not going to miss it this trip! Keep public lands in public hands! Very nice videos! Our country is beautiful and we all need to spend more time in it, from local parks and neighborhoods to beautiful wide open spaces like this place in eastern Montana.
