It wasn't that God didn't love Cain or would have accepted his offerings, it was the intention. Abel wasn't thinking of competing or gaining favor by having the best offerings. God knew Cain's deepest intentions in his heart.
Burnt offerings in The Old Testament were given for the sake of covering sin. Maybe both knew, but Abel only did that, therefore his sacrifice was acceptable to God. Cain's pride and evil thoughts led to his downfall.

Very interesting point about cities being of the line of Cain and that they are concentrations of sinners resulting in more sin. City life is vastly different than rural life, and the politics of each place seem to be growing further apart as well.

In reading this passage it is emphasized that Able brought the first fruits of his flock, while Cain did not bring his first fruits of his harvest. I do agree that God does not always choose the first born, the promise was not made to Hagar, but to Sarah. Esau was lost his blessing because he despised his birthright. David was chosen because this heart was with God. Yahovah is not an arbitrary and capricious God, HE has HIS reasons, even if we do not understand them.

My older sister who is an RN and bigshot executive with a big name health insurance company (and who I did not realize secretly hated me since we were children) left me to die. Obviously, I did not, but I will never get over what she tried to do to me. Also, while I was on a ventilator in an ICU, she took my mom to a nursing home (rather than to a hospital to be stabilized) with an oxygen level of 85. I found out that, as mom's HCP, she told the nursing home to just make mom comfortable. (She had apparently grown tired of helping my mom in any way and now that I was, she thought, dying, she knew mom would need even more help.) That very night, my mom gave up her fight to stay alive and passed away. I no longer consider this demon my sister or part of my family. I have learned from other family members that she continues to destroy lives. She is dangerous because she convincingly presents herself as a good person (until she imagines you have wronged her in some way that only she is aware of. She cannot, however, tell any of her victims what they have done to be on the receiving end of her hatred.) She is also an elitist and a racist. Unfortunately for her victims, she is also financially wealthy...another tool that helps evildoers succeed in implementing and getting away with their insidious plans against others. It is very sad, yet true, that all it takes in this world to get away with evil is money and an impressive title.

If she does not repent, I cannot and will not allow her in my life. I have not found anywhere in the Bible where forgiveness is given without the offender repenting first. To do so would make the forgiver a perpetual victim of offenders. I wish I had studied God's Word on the topic of forgiveness sooner, as I am sure I would not find myself in the unfortunate, dire position I do now ( as a direct result of always forgiving people who were not sorry for their intentionally horrible/hurtful behaviors.) While studying this topic, I discovered the Bible says (1) we are to forgive others as God forgives us. It also says we obtain forgiveness from God only AFTER WE REPENT (so, to forgive as God does REQUIRES the offender's repentance.) He did not say to forgive those who are not sorry (and who will, therefore, likely continue their evil- doing). (3) I am not saying we should not forgive those who are unaware they have hurt us. There are instructions in the Bible telling us how to handle disputes with others believers. While dying on the cross, Christ asked His Father to forgive His tormentors BECAUSE 'THEY KNOW NOT WHAT THEY ARE DOING'. I find it telling that Christ added this caveat to His forgiveness request. I refuse to be further trampled upon by those who knowingly do evil and enjoy the suffering they cause. Proverbs 6:16 says there are six things God hates, and the seventh He finds detestable. I am in TOTAL agreement with Him. God is not a victim or weak, and His Word does not teach us to be either; giving unconditional forgiveness is not what we have been instructed to do. We have been instructed to remove ourselves from the company of those who harm us or others, and that is exactly what I have done....albeit too late to save my good health. If God heals me, it would make me exceedingly happy. Perhaps instead, He will use my testimony as a hard lesson (for me anyway) on the often misunderstood topic of forgiveness without repentance (which I am certain is a tool used by satan in his attempts to destroy God's people.) The act that hurt or offended you might always be with you, but forgiveness can lessen its grip on you and help free you from the control of the person who harmed you. Interesting, I just finished reading a fantastic novel called Cain the Unknown Soldier. The synopsis was that Cain is forced out of Eden by God, marked with immortality. Now Cain wanders the earth, unable to die, doesn't age, and battles in mankind's wars. It was pure fiction, but a terrific read about his guilt about murdering his brother and his relationship with God as the ages pass.
I have meditated on the mark of Cain many years. This description has clarified the definition of that mark very well to me. That being that the mark is civilization itself and urbanization. This makes sense therefore it true in a broad sense. I’ve learned not to dwell in the details. You know who is in the details.

The Bible is very clear on why Cain’s offering was rejected and if you use the “first born” argument you will run into a couple of problems with the scriptures itself and the obvious first born of all creation : JESUS the MESSIAH. Abel's offering reveals humility and the sacrifice of fat portions from the flock which the Bible defines as pride as evidenced in Jeremiah 5:27-28, Leviticus 3:17, Ezekiel 39:19 and Deuteronomy 32:13-15. With Abel's offering we learn to honor God's Sabbath and be at rest with all that, and who, surround us. It has nothing to do with killing sheep. Blood in Scripture is defined as contempt and there is no forgiveness of sin without the shedding of blood. No forgiveness from God without our forgiveness of those who sin against us. "Love your enemy and do good to those who persecute you." Cain's offering reveals arrogance and pride and the offering of our works, thinking it is our physical labor (our works) which please God. Cain to this day never understands nor honors God's Sabbath rest and the pride and arrogance of Cain is the same as Balaam's Error and Korah's Rebellion. Participation and continuation in this sin reveals the wicked who do not fear God who has the power to destroy both body and soul in eternal hellfire. These do not value their birthright, just as Esau did not value his birthright but sold it for a cup of red stew because he wore himself out as a hunter of wild game. Men to this day still do the same thing. "I desire mercy not sacrifice!" says the LORD in His Word.
Not quite how I see it. Cain was furious his hard work toiling the soil was neglected in favor of Abel killing an animal. He threw a tantrum and went beyond the pale in retaliation.

After studying genesis and then listening to this, it’s easy to see that Cain’s choices in life were directed by the satan and Abel’s/Seth’s were directed by God. Follow who you will brothers and sisters. Jesus said to go and forgive and to pray without ceasing. God bless you all.

Also there is no more cain line, you are correct in noah being from Seth's line, but being that noah and his family were the only survivors of the flood, cains lin was destroyed through that flood. The main aspect of what we see today is the same issue of can and his line, its the nature of sin abiding in the spirit of man, because that was given access by adam and eve, sin exist even through Seth's lineage.

Before the covenant made between God and Abraham, blood sacrifice was not needed for clearance from sin. What they brought wer offerings of what they produced. Wrong, Satan wholey seduced Eve and then Adam entered his wife and she had twins. Cain was the son of Satan and Abel was the son of Adam. Look under Adams genealogy, you will not find Cain. Yes X-ACT-LY. The genealogy of every person in the bible is always from the oldest son. So if Cain lived, then why is Adams genealogy from Seth? The Hebrew word for beguiled can mean trick, and also seduce. Satan tried to break the lineage so that Jesus would not be born. The original sin was SEX. Not from eating fruit.
There is a book: "Jubilee/s" that is not included in all bibles. It has the info about when Cain & Abel were born & Seth. It names the wife of Cain & the wife of Seth, yrs etc. & much more. Have only seen part of it on U Tube. Haven't seen any writing explaining when & why the sacrifices that Cain & Abel were supposed to give started. In Leviticus Moses is given instructions for how the Israelites are to do their sacrifices.

Actually plant or grain "offerings" were acceptable to God. Lev. 2:10 and it should be noted that Cain war bringing an offering not a sacrifice. So what may have been the problem. If you go read the text it it says Abel brought the firstborn of his flock and their fat. So we see that Abel brought his "best". Gen. 4:4 But when it talks about Cain's offering it says that Cain brought an offering of fruit from the ground. Note it doesn't say first or it was his best. Could it be that "maybe" Cain kept the best for himself and wasn't really sacrificing anything but thought it would be ok if he just brought something to God. So Cain's offering shows his whole "attitude". And what does he do instead of going home and bring he first and maybe his best to God, he instead gets mad at Abel. Gen. 4:3, 5-7 I have always wondered in Gen. 4:8 When it said Cain talked to his brother what did he say to Abel? I'm guessing it had to do with something about Abel's offering and Abel said he was always going to bring his best to God and that made Cain angry. Not sure but it is something to think about.
How about this one: An animal is sacrificed by hunter gatherers. Farming products by and agrarian society. Hunter gatherers live in harmony with nature and trust they will find enough food. The muder did not happen because of offerings. Then after sacrifice, Abel sheep came to eat in Cain feild as usual, then Cain got angry told that , your sheep also ate my harvest , but you got all the credit, you did not do any hard work. This story is wrong, 1st john 3:12 said, "not as Cain was Of the wicked one." Who was the wicked one in the Garden? Adam and Eve were not the wicked one of the Garden. The bible says that without the shedding of blood, there is no forgiveness of sin (Hebrews 9:22). It wasn't that God didn't love Cain or would have accepted his offerings, it was the intention. Abel wasn't thinking of competing or gaining favor by having the best offerings. God knew Cain's deepest intentions in his heart.

Burnt offerings in The Old Testament were given for the sake of covering sin. Maybe both knew, but Abel only did that, therefore his sacrifice was acceptable to God. Cain's pride and evil thoughts led to his downfall.

Very interesting point about cities being of the line of Cain and that they are concentrations of sinners resulting in more sin. City life is vastly different than rural life, and the politics of each place seem to be growing further apart as well.

In reading this passage it is emphasized that Able brought the first fruits of his flock, while Cain did not bring his first fruits of his harvest. I do agree that God does not always choose the first born, the promise was not made to Hagar, but to Sarah. Esau was lost his blessing because he despised his birthright. David was chosen because this heart was with God. Yahovah is not an arbitrary and capricious God, HE has HIS reasons, even if we do not understand them.

My older sister who is an RN and bigshot executive with a big name health insurance company (and who I did not realize secretly hated me since we were children) left me to die. Obviously, I did not, but I will never get over what she tried to do to me. Also, while I was on a ventilator in an ICU, she took my mom to a nursing home (rather than to a hospital to be stabilized) with an oxygen level of 85. I found out that, as mom's HCP, she told the nursing home to just make mom comfortable. (She had apparently grown tired of helping my mom in any way and now that I was, she thought, dying, she knew mom would need even more help.) That very night, my mom gave up her fight to stay alive and passed away. I no longer consider this demon my sister or part of my family. I have learned from other family members that she continues to destroy lives. She is dangerous because she convincingly presents herself as a good person (until she imagines you have wronged her in some way that only she is aware of. She cannot, however, tell any of her victims what they have done to be on the receiving end of her hatred.) She is also an elitist and a racist. Unfortunately for her victims, she is also financially wealthy...another tool that helps evildoers succeed in implementing and getting away with their insidious plans against others.
It is very sad, yet true, that all it takes in this world to get away with evil is money and an impressive title.
Quite a sad story indeed. But as a Christian you ought to stay in love for God is love. Without love we are nothing. Try to forgive her and pray about it that she is saved from her iniquity. The Lord is a loving and merciful God who hears our heart's desires and I'm sure with His abundant mercy He can help you.

@@solo9576 If my sister came to me and was SINCERELY sorry for the horrible things she did to purposely cause me harm, I would immediately forgive her. If she does not repent, I cannot and will not allow her in my life. I have not found anywhere in the Bible where forgiveness is given without the offender repenting first. To do so would make the forgiver a perpetual victim of offenders. I wish I had studied God's Word on the topic of forgiveness sooner, as I am sure I would not find myself in the unfortunate, dire position I do now ( as a direct result of always forgiving people who were not sorry for their intentionally horrible/hurtful behaviors.)
While studying this topic, I discovered the Bible says (1) we are to forgive others as God forgives us. It also says we obtain forgiveness from God only AFTER WE REPENT (so, to forgive as God does REQUIRES the offender's repentance.) (2) Christ says to forgive those who come to us TO MAKE AMENDS for what they have done 7 x 70 times. He did not say to forgive those who are not sorry (and who will, therefore, likely continue their evil- doing). (3) I am not saying we should not forgive those who are unaware they have hurt us. There are instructions in the Bible telling us how to handle disputes with others believers. While dying on the cross, Christ asked His Father to forgive His tormentors BECAUSE 'THEY KNOW NOT WHAT THEY ARE DOING'. I find it telling that Christ added this caveat to His forgiveness request.
I refuse to be further trampled upon by those who knowingly do evil and enjoy the suffering they cause. Proverbs 6:16 says there are six things God hates, and the seventh He finds detestable. I am in TOTAL agreement with Him. God is not a victim or weak, and His Word does not teach us to be either; giving unconditional forgiveness is not what we have been instructed to do. We have been instructed to remove ourselves from the company of those who harm us or others, and that is exactly what I have done....albeit too late to save my good health. If God heals me, it would make me exceedingly happy. Perhaps instead, He will use my testimony as a hard lesson (for me anyway) on the often misunderstood topic of forgiveness without repentance (which I am certain is a tool used by satan in his attempts to destroy God's people.)

The act that hurt or offended you might always be with you, but forgiveness can lessen its grip on you and help free you from the control of the person who harmed you.
This is why I think you may he joined the two. Forgive your sister as in you don't want anything bad for her but let God who is just deal His way, interact wisely.

There are some misinformation here. Cain doesn't have a surviving line after the great flood. The wives of Noah's sons all came from the line of Seth.

Interesting, I just finished reading a fantastic novel called Cain the Unknown Soldier. The synopsis was that Cain is forced out of Eden by God, marked with immortality. Now Cain wanders the earth, unable to die, doesn't age, and battles in mankind's wars.
It was pure fiction, but a terrific read about his guilt about murdering his brother and his relationship with God as the ages pass.
He obviously did not feel guilty about it.
In the show Lucifur, it follows that same premise with Cain.
I have meditated on the mark of Cain many years. This description has clarified the definition of that mark very well to me. That being that the mark is civilization itself and urbanization. Thanks brother for taking the time to post your video, and I hear the sincere overtones in your discussion on Cain and Abel; however, in order to be biblically correct, and in opposition to what you stated; GOD DID NOT ACCEPT CAIN’s OFFERING BECAUSE of a “first born issue” as you discussed. The Bible is very clear on why Cain’s offering was rejected and if you use the “first born” argument you will run into a couple of problems with the scriptures itself and the obvious first born of all creation : JESUS the MESSIAH. When exegetically expounding on the scriptures, it’s always best to stay with the ENTIRE counsel of GOD, and let scriptures interpret scriptures.
Abel's offering reveals humility and the sacrifice of fat portions from the flock which the Bible defines as pride as evidenced in Jeremiah 5:27-28, Leviticus 3:17, Ezekiel 39:19 and Deuteronomy 32:13-15.
With Abel's offering we learn to honor God's Sabbath and be at rest with all that, and who, surround us.
It has nothing to do with killing sheep. Blood in Scripture is defined as contempt and there is no forgiveness of sin without the shedding of blood. No forgiveness from God without our forgiveness of those who sin against us.
"Love your enemy and do good to those who persecute you."
Cain's offering reveals arrogance and pride and the offering of our works, thinking it is our physical labor (our works) which please God. Cain to this day never understands nor honors God's Sabbath rest and the pride and arrogance of Cain is the same as Balaam's Error and Korah's Rebellion.
Participation and continuation in this sin reveals the wicked who do not fear God who has the power to destroy both body and soul in eternal hellfire. These do not value their birthright, just as Esau did not value his birthright but sold it for a cup of red stew because he wore himself out as a hunter of wild game. Men to this day still do the same thing. "I desire mercy not sacrifice!" says the LORD in His Word.

Also there is no more cain line, you are correct in noah being from Seth's line, but being that noah and his family were the only survivors of the flood, cains lin was destroyed through that flood. There is a book: "Jubilee/s" that is not included in all bibles. It has the info about when Cain & Abel were born & Seth. It names the wife of Cain & the wife of Seth, yrs etc. & much more. Have only seen part of it on U Tube. Haven't seen any writing explaining when & why the sacrifices that Cain & Abel were supposed to give started. In Leviticus Moses is given instructions for how the Israelites are to do their sacrifices.

Actually plant or grain "offerings" were acceptable to God. Lev. 2:10 and it should be noted that Cain war bringing an offering not a sacrifice.
So what may have been the problem. If you go read the text it it says Abel brought the firstborn of his flock and their fat. So we see that Abel brought his "best". Gen. 4:4
But when it talks about Cain's offering it says that Cain brought an offering of fruit from the ground. Note it doesn't say first or it was his best. Could it be that "maybe" Cain kept the best for himself and wasn't really sacrificing anything but thought it would be ok if he just brought something to God. So Cain's offering shows his whole "attitude". And what does he do instead of going home and bring he first and maybe his best to God, he instead gets mad at Abel. Gen. 4:3, 5-7
I have always wondered in Gen. 4:8 When it said Cain talked to his brother what did he say to Abel? I'm guessing it had to do with something about Abel's offering and Abel said he was always going to bring his best to God and that made Cain angry.

An animal is sacrificed by hunter gatherers. Farming products by and agrarian society.
Hunter gatherers live in harmony with nature and trust they will find enough food. An agrarian society does not believe that. They plan ahead and know “good from evil” and they plant foods.

Abel represents high thought that chooses to dwell with God. He acts and thinks with God. There thought is entwined. Caine represent lower awareness thought of the body. He cultivates the field. So God talks to him as this is the only way he can communicate with him.
To put into perspective. We focus on the world we sense. Feel, smell, see. So God came to us through the written word because we, as a whole cant hear God. He talks to us in a way we dont understand. We focus on our world and not his which is subtle.

Jesus only got angry in the Temple. He knew that what we see is our creation and not Gods. Freedom of thought forbid him from forcing us. We choose.

We recycle this creation over and over again making the same mistake.

If you connect to a feeiling of beauty you will often find pain trying to disteact you. If you focus on one child another will get jealous. It will fight for attention.
Through the soul we are saved. The original plan of creation continues. Christ just wants us reintegrate the lower levels of his thought to his higher levels. To do this we must give our thought to him. All of it. What is true is kept and what is false he askes us to give him so that he can dispose of it. Caine is symbolic of self thought. Abel gives his best to God because its natural to do so. Caine thinks about himself and what he needs and not what God needs. Caines thought is lower than Abels .God does not blame him for his action because it is expected.
Symbolically, if you have a thought in your mind you accept it or ignore it. You would not kill yourself for one bad thought. You would block the thought if it became strong or kill it with reasoning. The Earth is like a mind. God purges negative thought in the flood. He keeps the mind alive by keeping a good thought via Noah. All the lower awareness is kept alive by saving the animals.

So true, this the most vivid reality but I think you should have explained the later half after the flood it was just Noah his wife and three sons and their wives. God knows which one followed Cain.
This story is wrong, 1st john 3:12 said, "not as Cain was Of the wicked one." Who was the wicked one in the Garden? Adam and Eve were not the wicked one of the Garden. So they didn't just had sex with each other just so. Eve knew the word and she had sex with the beast that was known as a serpent in psalm1:3 God typed man as a Tree, man being a tree bringing fruits in his season. He was able to talk, he was up right cause God transform him to go onto his belly. The one thing that satan couldnt do was create and saw he can use the animal way to bring a creation of his own kind through sex, so he used the serpent that had a cunning characteristic. So when that act was done, the serpent aka satan put in a seed and a seed was given to eve by adam. Now there is a statement, father like son, jesus is like the father carrying all his father's characteristics; if Cain slew his brother, then his characteristics couldnt be of Adam. The thing is that the serpent Man was the fruit, cause a man has a scotrum and in that organ is the testicles where hormones and sperm which is the seed is located, so evidently the word is proving itself

Folks, very humbly, I always 'argue' with our GOD and my standard joke (I am sure the LORD is also laughing...) is: GOD flunked in Electrical Engineering course 101, as, right from the beginning HE seems to have wired us erroneously...
