Sorry for the late reply. You need to have the equipment to get the proper star shape and thickness of the chakli. With pastry piping bag the chakli will come out very thick which will become difficuilt to fry. We would suggest using a chakli machine only.

Superb chakli...but wanted to ask one thing ....while making the chakli sometimes it used to break when it came out from the chakli machine
when you drop the chaklis, make sure you dont stop mid way or else it might break.

It tastes good but after frying it became hard to eat.... please advise
If it becomes too hard that might mean it is over fried. Make sure to regulate the temperature while frying.
Or may be add little more butter when making dough, I think. Butter and oil quantity is very important

Make sure the oil is the perfect temperature before putting them in the oil. if its not hot enough, the chakli will remain soft.
