Spot on mate, I just got back from Hurghada a few days ago and it was amazing.
My second time there and felt 100% safe, people are awesome and great scenery.

I believe Egypt is safe. I don't know if I, a foreign girl can to travel alone for Egypt, maybe safe or unsafe. But I don't have fear, I think here in Brazil is more unsafe than Egypt. I watched all your videos in Egypt and I agree with you. And I have 6 Egyptian friends, and I like them so much, they are very friendly. Thanks for all informations.

I am really glad that people like you started to understand. it means alot for Egyptian people for foreigners to encourage people to visit Egypt. As you say the media had made Egypt's reputation terrible. There is danger in every place in the world that doesn't mean that the country isn't safe and I am sooooo glad that you talked about that. Just wanna say ur amazing for all what you said. I'm currently watching you from the UK but I'm from Egypt, where I lived most of my life. I'm a big fan and I'm really proud that you are trying to display the right image for the people as there's lots of stereotypes. I also encountered the same issue with my friends in the beginning because they thought it wasn't safe as well but after I've sent them your series you actually convinced them.and you were a reason for change. Therefore, I'm really fond of what you are doing by making people generally more aware of what's happening and for your honesty really...every word you said about this is 100% right, so I really respect you for that. Hope you made the most out of your time in Egypt and I really hope that you visit us again. Keep up the great work! ;)

Visited Egypt with my family and enjoyed every moment of our 6 days there
So safe and the people are great so nice and so helpful
Egypt is Very very safe
we visited some amazing places and made friends with locals who are the most beautiful people and we tried almost every traditional meal Egyptians eat and they were absolutely amazing
My advice to anyone who wants to visit Egypt
Based on our experience there
Egypt is amazing experience & fun and safe and don’t be afraid of mixing with the locals
They so nice and humble & helpful
Be nice & respect them and you will be respected
Enjoy real Egyptian food

Love your Egypt vids. I've only been back for a month and I miss it so. I agree with everything you said. Since returning, I've made it a bit of a mission of mine to change people's opinions one person at a time. Only one friend of mine was "jealous" of me going (mainly because he has travelled all over the world, doesn't watch the news, and fears nothing at this point). Everyone else was horrified and couldn't understand why I'd want to go. Meanwhile, I had the time of my life and have missed it every day since I got back.

Awesome! I really loved Luxor and Alexandria but didn't spend enough time in either of them and would love to go back. Alex had a really nice vibe and the waterfront was beautiful. Karnak Temple in Luxor was mind boggling. Try and make it to Abu Simbel too if you can. It's stunning!
I went to Egypt a couple years ago and it was really fun. They have good food good sites and good people.

Agree, having been to Luxor, Cairo, Alexandria on my own, I felt absolutely ok, even walking around with your watch, jewellry, nice clothes, and nobody attacks you. In Luxor, sellers can be really annoying, but nothing dangerous.

Eh, as an Egyptian, I really enjoyed your point of view about Egypt, even some of us don't have the same point.
But well, I appreciate that someone out there still have good intentions about us, that is something we really appreciate.
And we welcome anyone coming to Egypt, whoever he is, it doesn't matter.
Just behave yourself, live your life, get a good mentee here and you will have all the fun you would imagine.
We may look simple and local, but trust me, with us, you will get what you want.
Also a little advice, if you are going to visit us again, I think you should try Alexandria and Sharm El-Sheikh, and if you are looking for history and ancient carves, you should go to Luxor & Aswan, 1/3 of the ancient runes in the world.
Trust me, you will have more fun, and you will like Sharm more than Hurghada.

I was wondering why there were far less tourists around when you were in Egypt and I was there a month before you. Now I realize why. The terrorists attacks happened only a week or two after we got home. But I'm like you. I wouldn't have cancelled my flight. Best experience ever and I can't wait to go back!

Thanks for sharing a video like this man! I'm about to travel through central Asia including Uzbekistan and Russia and I am being told the same things by people not to go because THEY believe it to be dangerous from what the media has told them. Just like you said, don't do things or go places you wouldn't do or go in your home country. I get a completely different perspective as an American living outside of the country, it's amazing. A lot of fear mongering I think. Thanks again for this! ^^
