Indian embassies should take total responsibility of its citizen in foreign countries .. they should priortize the safety of Indian peoples
They Work Good in like Issuing passport or Visa in Foreign countries and work in Europe or American Continent but in this type of Country in Africa specially they don't work. And I think The person who said I cannot speak Hindi maybe they are from South India because only they cannot speak Hindi.

100 baat ki ek baat:- African countries me videos banana bohot risky kaam hai. Paramveer ne apne bohot se videos me ye repeat kiya hai. Kahi monarchy hai to kahi military rule. Plus kahi pe log bhi pasand nahi karte hai ki koi foreigner aake humare desh ke videos banake image kharab karega. So every traveller have to be very cautious in this.

I regularly visits Burkina Faso for work purposes. Never had a bad experience. Very nice people. It’s rare incident occurred with you. Indian embassy is useless in these circumstances.
