    The F22 Binds right up to the Jumper T12/Hubsan/H301 protocol.
    AETR RTH LED STAB VIDEO. Once it has satellites mine was armed and throttling up started the
    motor, down stopped it. I am not a fixed wing pilot, can barely fly small quads.
    But I did crash the thing in my backyard about ten times and feel like I could fly this with more room. Being able to add elevator trim really helps. Calibrations are normal.
    Haven't figured out telemetry on the T12 yet, But I'm new. Hopefully will be able to fly it in the fall.
    SKy King A959 is inbound...

      Do you think the servos and motor and esc would work in a micro wing theoretically? This is only 100 grams but seems to have a glide ration like a real f22 - BFR LOL

      @ArxangelRC  5 лет назад

      Haha... yeah... indeed! I think they might... not sure how the PIDs would feel on a different airframe though... would be interesting to see!

    I’d try a little weight in the nose. I realize it’s fly out of the box but when it comes to wing aircraft it’s rare to see one fly very well out of the box. Even though it appears it may be a high Alfa attitude design..... ya never know

    • @ArxangelRC
      @ArxangelRC  5 лет назад

      I think a slight high alpha is desired... if only to kill the speed a bit... but I don't think it needs the weight, what you are seeing is me constantly pulling it up because otherwise it tries nose down all the time!

    Ha ha ha omg .. This has to be one of the funniest demos on youtube lol.. I really don't know how you kept the thing in the air, or was it the tree, no maybe the bush, I can't remember now still laughing. Hubsan has been in this business since the very beginning and it boggles the mind how they could come out with something as erratic as this. They had better stick to quad copters lol. Well, you did a great job of flying it and look forward to your next attempt, and even if you balance the prop, I don't think it will help very much. Happy Flying

    • @ArxangelRC
      @ArxangelRC  5 лет назад

      Erratic is correct... out of all of the models they could have chosen... this was the last one I'd expect!!! Working on the follow up! :)

    Somebody at Hubsan new product development was definitely sleep at the switch. If they[Hubsan] puts their mind to it i'm sure they can come up with a great long range solid out the box FPV set up using a variety of existing platforms out there. Come on Hubsan.

    • @ArxangelRC
      @ArxangelRC  5 лет назад

      Indeed they can... not sure they would, especially with the upcoming regulations in most places... they have to keep it within 250 grams... but still there are options... this thing is not IT!

    I've had TWO flights with mine - both ending in crashes because of the flight characteristics. The design is flawed, causing the prop to become 'air starved' thereby causing the up and down motions. NOT a beginner model by any means. Thanks for the video, good to know it wasn't 'just me'.

    • @ArxangelRC
      @ArxangelRC  5 лет назад

      The prop might get air starved at slower speeds when you throttle it up, but this also happens at speed, when the plane should get more than enough air flow even if the motor doesn't work... I still think there might be an issue with the FC somehow!

  • @adriannaidenov266

    I am very impressed of your hobby&work. Keep it good. And those phoenix videos on Vitosha&Sofia are amazing. I bought an sd card for my visuo and definatly making very good videos. Also it seems that planes look better for higher flight than drones. Does a big plane fly more smooth&slow and also how harder than piloting a drone is?/

    • @ArxangelRC
      @ArxangelRC  5 лет назад +1

      Well... a plane is always moving... so you don't get to take a break from constantly monitoring where it is! And yes, if you need a higher altitude or range, a plane is much better at getting there and staying there if needed, than a copter, because it is more efficient! If you need something to hover in one place for a bit... can't beat a copter or a heli!

    • @adriannaidenov266
      @adriannaidenov266 5 лет назад

      It's for sure cool rolling the skies. Literally from the ground. Do you use VR to enjoy FPV or just using a monitor?

    • @ArxangelRC
      @ArxangelRC  5 лет назад +1

      For the most part I use a monitor, because I get sick from the moving motion with goggles! I've gotten used to that on my racing copter, but I never fly planes with goggles! Especially this one... so shaky!

    Hubsan is having problems. Not sure what is going on with them. I used to like Hubsan but after it taking about 5 months to get someone to respond after they sent me the wrong parts and about a month or two after that to get them to send the correct parts I'm staying away from them. This plane looks like a nightmare.

    Looked a handfull for a begginer....imagine if you were trying to fly it in any sort of wind as well....Shocking choice of plane by Husban, since it must be aimed at casual begginers. A seasoned pilot isnt going to be attracted to it for sure. Makes no sense to me.

    • @ArxangelRC
      @ArxangelRC  5 лет назад

      Actually, the first 3 flights were in wind... hence why it was almost able hover in one place at times... shakes a bit more... but still the same hard to keep in the air experience... was close to crashing a few times!
