It isn't really a secret though. Like not at all. I finished this long before ever finishing the Island quest line. The island quest pretty much takes you to these areas 2 to 3 times, if you just do the puzzles as you see them you will get the achievement.

I don't have this achievement because the one puzzle near the beach where you need to use the pinion on the birds to reveal the thunder stones won't load the last 2. Idk if it's just bugged for me or has anyone else had this problem?

well if u follow the teyvat map maybe can unlock those achievements, but the disadvantage of teyvat map is there are many that thy pinned there without picture and description, u go to the pinned location but u didn't saw it, u have no idea how to get the chest or is the pin is correct.
