Ah yes, the classic "movie star genetics". Never gets old.
I know I find it hilarious. Most people can look like athletes if they train. They just refuse to 😂. It's not genetics. It's called having the money to have a trainer and a strict diet It's simple
@@theprofessor8219 nah its called hard work and dedication and genetics definitely is a big part too. Alot of people need to work out for years to look athletic others are born athletic. Like no ones gonna look like mark without having insane genes. But by all means getting in good shape is very doable its just the amount of muscle mass i can put on is very genetic dependent
@@theprofessor8219 I’m an electrician and have known loads of boys on site who’ve paid for personal trainers and get in fantastic shape lol. Not just movie stars do this. You’ve got to actually have the drive and determination to do it.
If someone’s excuse for not being in shape is ‘don’t have the time or money’ shut the hell up, that’s just an excuse for not wanting it.
Classic gear
Haha! Love it!
Honestly, I think tom is natural, his physique isn't insane, and he can get the best coaching money can buy.
Natty it is!
I've never lifted more than 20 lbs per dumbbell. Yet my arms are bigger than guys who list 35-40 lbs.
I've always had clear cut big quads and calves. Yet I don't think I could do a single squat without weights correctly. I have stairs at home. That's about it.
My mother's side of the family has every adult male looking big with muscle and calves.
He might just have good genetics. I haven't been 160 since high school.
@@childcannibalism5080 strength and muscle mass come from slower reps with higher weight, high reps is more muscle definition and endurance
looking natural doesn't mean he is natural. he's well past "newbie" gains and he put on a ton of muscle weight in 5 months. smells like capri sun
@@gaiolinn he is bulking up fast with the best dietisions and couches money can buy I don't think it is a big transformation he seems to have good genetics for adding muscle I wouldn't say drugs as the most possible factor but it's possible I'll give you that
He looks real natural. Tom did gymnastics, parkour, and dancing at an early age so he's got pretty strong foundation.
ok
Here's the thing, there is no such thing as looks natural. Nobody and I mean nobody thought that I was doing steroids until I did my bodybuilding show when I had been doing them for about five years before that. The first time I did it I went from 160 to 173 give or take a couple pounds. And I gained nowhere near 20 lb of muscle. Not even close. Of that 13 lb or so, I'd say maybe five or six with muscle tops. Muscle takes a long time to increase and while I'm not saying for sure that he took stuff, his weight gain was definitely not all muscle. And it's very unlikely if he did actually gain that much muscle that he did it naturally. I looked natural when I was on steroids for probably the first 5 years or so. Hell even now because of how many times I've fallen off and gotten fat and gotten skinny and gotten fat and gotten skinny, very few people think I'm on steroids. Because people think steroids equals massive bodybuilding physics. And that's just not the case. It can mean anything. It can mean someone's a little leaner it can mean someone's a little bigger it can mean someone's a little stronger it can mean someone needed to repair a muscle. It can mean endurance. I was about 2:37 and just a chunky fuck at the end of july. I take one shot of testosterone a week. And I'm down to about 198. I will probably drop to about 185 or 190 to get as much fat off as I can and then I'm going to take a big test and tren cycle for about 8 weeks and I'm going to be eating 6 to 7 meals a day and lifting 6 days a week with no alcohol or anything like that and I'm going to keep my diet relatively clean. I will probably go from about 185 to 205 but even then I probably won't look like I'm not natural. Hollywood stars have the best trainers the best dietitians but you can't make muscle grow more than a natural body grows without adding some type of steroid or growth hormone
Also, Tom like most people probably doesn't know how much of the weight he puts on is actually muscle. A lot of that 30lbs is probably fat and waterweight
@@thickerconstrictor9037 Honest and dignified people like you and Noel are the reason people like me have realistic expectations and do not try to mimic professionals thinking “Oh I can be that jacked too and impress my babyboo!” So thankyou! Keep sharing your gift of knowledge & experience sir.
@@cyberpunk2159 what Tom did was definitely doable, and if you think it’s not then you’re just lazy🤷🏽♂️. He didn’t gain 20 lbs of pure muscle, a lot of it was fat. I’ve gained 15 pounds in 1 and a half months and I still had my abs show when I flexed. And before you say I’m on sum, I’m only 17, and do powerlifting, where they drug test you.
Tom Holland is the only actor I trust isn’t on roids. He said he trained 5 months to look like that, and that is very possible and achievable
Yes absolutely right am working out at home by myself not taking any diet am just eating but am doing workout regularly except Sunday's, i am in good shape now since August i have been working out regularly my friends who goes to gym when i send my pictures they were in shock like how tf he did it in home... Simple you gotta be consistent and eat a lot am happy with my bulky body . Now into the 4 month of consistent workout
@@dekuuuuu nice. But those are probably noobie gains. If you want to keep making gains you're gonna have to implement 'progressive overload'
@@karelw.4390 nope it's definitely not noobie gains😂 , people are literally asking me how did i get such asthetic bulky body without going gym
@@dekuuuuu then those are genetics. But that differs per person
Bro that transformation in 5month is like insane. If its true tom halland can be next cbum if he takes steroids
He's 163 pounds and people are trying to say he juiced with professional help 😂
Lance Armstrong *cough*
@@Grind2Excellence lance Armstrong was trying to stay small and was a proper athlete. Tom looks like a teenager who was already skinny who went the gym for 3 months and gained nothing. Bit of a contrast

When they say movie star genetics i only think of one thing 💉
It's not hard, I went from 132 to 165 in a year, leaned down to 155, I'm about the same height as tom so not all actors are on 💉 some just have good genes🤷♂️
My classic line is catching on!
@@sawmaanbina2102 the difference is getting it in one year and in 2 months :)
@@BrickTop1 yeah difference being Tom is athletic. Training is more dialed in. Diet is more dialed in. He has muscle memory and is already fit.
@@michaell6892 lmao yeah sure
It’s kind of crazy cause his physique was really attainable, it’s just how quick he did it
When your young it doesn’t take long. I was a cross country runner skinny as started working out in 4-5 months gained 20-25lbs because one I was eating way more than usually and two I actually workout seriously . Everyone will tell you gym newbies blow tf up when they first start working out then hit a Plateau. Tom literally had no muscle before this whole so it’s not unreasonable . It’s not like he’s built like zac effron. I mean go to any inner city school half those kids look like this in middle school lol
@@kgosi5230 Also a former XC runner here. After my senior year xc I stopped running and started lifting. Went from 6' 140 to 6' 160 in less than 6 months, not even seriously training. My appearance has barely changed though. It's been a year and I will probably start running again soon. I just love running even if it makes me a twig.
@@blear2303 yea dude I’m the same I I’m like 180-190 depending on time of year yet I still run. paired running 5ks and lifting you can have a solid build . Strength isn’t there but appearance wise people think on gear
I gained 20 pounds in 6 months it’s possible
@@napoleansolo5849 ya but where you as lean as him and did you stay as lean as him the whole time? I’ve gained that much before pretty quickly too when I got back into training after like two years. This Tom had never gotten that big before though so it’s pretty difficult as an experienced trainer to just throw on 20 mostly lean pounds of muscle
People that think this isn’t natty are insane
Dudes 160 pounds and only gained like twenty pounds of muscle and fat and water
Completely possible especially if you’ve never tried to bulk before
Yes possible, but when youre in the entertainment business and make any sort of physical change in general, people are going to speculate. The average person doesn't make any sort of changes to their body easily, let alone a solid amount amount of muscle mass that is achievable naturally. It's just more likely that he would've chosen a route that would've made him gain muscle quicker imo.
Dude's scrawny and bulked up to decent. Genetically gifted men don't work up to that physique, it's their natural physique or above.
With a bulk and heavy lifting. Is possible.
I was thinking the same thing, especially if he did it over 5 months, if it was 8 weeks then it's questionable
@T€RB he is like 5'10"
Mark Wahlberg be feeding Tom that chicken and broccoli.
Don’t forget the rice.
I love how all these 16 year olds call him juiced, says alot about the effort they're putting in.
Well coming from someone who has done bodybuilding and professional wrestling and has juiced for about 15 years on and off, and who started working out when he was 19 I will say that while I'm not saying for certain that he's on anything, I can tell you that he did not put on 20 lb of muscle naturally. So either he didn't put on 20 pounds of muscle or he did it without natural means. Because even when I did take steroids myself for the first time, I had just gotten into working out about 6 months prior I was going 6 days a week and I was eating six meals a day and I was working out with bodybuilders and I tried some because I had some stuff coming up that needed me to be quite a bit bigger as fast as possible and it was a potential big money opportunity for me so I tried it. And I went from about 160 lb to 173-175. And the point is even though I was young and I was working out with bodybuilders so you know my workouts were really good and even though my diet was on point and I was eating six times a day but I was also taking steroids and I still didn't put on 20 lb. Let alone 20 lb of muscle. You do not put on 20 lb of muscle in a short amount of time. So maybe he's not on steroids and that's fine maybe he is. But something just isn't right either
@@thickerconstrictor9037 nah you probably just suck at fitness bro i gained 30 lbs my first 6 months of working out and have watched many other people do it too get your diet straight 😂
Thats not natural Lol It takes years to archive that level of physique
I am 16, and over a period of 5 months I put on 14 pounds of bodymass and 9 pounds of lean muscle mass, according to a bodyscan, and I only do strength training 3 times a week, since I also do bjj 3 times a week, so I would say that it’s possible that he’s natural but it’s hard to say.
@@leonleon7537 years? no
He put 20lbs of muscle on. Not impossible tbh.
Yes he tren hard
@@arsalan69420 maybe...
Tom's definitely natural. It's called newbie gains. But I doubt he's 163 lbs there, keep in mind that he's only around 5'6 1/2. He doesn't look that much bigger than in spiderman. My guess that he was 140 lbs for spiderman and around 150 in uncharted.
@@arsalan69420 a lot of that weight was water and fat too. He looks good but he's over 15% body fat, it's not an unreasonable thing to do in 5 months from a good starting point naturally
@@martingondolar6517 I don't think he's a beginner, but he must've changed his routine to build bigger muscles rather than keep the dexterity.

Tom is an example of the world of youth gym 💪🏻
Gaining 18 pounds(muscle+fat) when trying to bulk for first time is very much possible naturally, when I started training my weight was 54 kg then within one year it is 68 kg
I'm currently trying to gain for the first time and have gained about 12kg in 2 and a half months and but I'm on a dirty bulk
This is very naturally obtainable. I gained 15 pounds in 3 months and that’s without personal chefs and trainers
So you got fat in 3 months. Cool. Because you certainly didn't put on 15lbs of muscle.
Unless you're joking, which i really hope you are.
@@Jk-zv6tz 6’3 lean and skinny to more muscular while staying lean because of my body type. Tom was already lean to begin with as well. Just saying that it’s definitely possible

@@stefanvandersandt3956 How many of the people accusing have actually put time into the gym to know what's possible in a five month span? Not many, I'm sure. Tom's physique looks natural and five months is doable with what he obtained within that time frame.
No such thing as movie star genetics. Everyone can gain muscle, you just need to understand your metabolism and calorie intake.
If You burn calories quicker than others then you need to eat more.
Or vice Versa. But half these guys are jumping the juice! A good 600mg of testosterone a week will bulk you up nice enough. Wanna get ripped to fuck, then testosterone, Tren, and clen. A good example is Hugh jackedman in wolverine! 👌
It's just human genetics. Most people would obtain a movie star physique if their job was training twice a day and eating a perfect diet (personal chef prepping meals).
@@SPGH1991 no such thing as movie star? I think elite genetics come close
"Movie star genetics" translates into "paid to get fit"
I mean, I’d be willing to give him the benefit of the doubt. For spider-man it might’ve been much more calisthenic, cardio, and acrobatic training. For this he probably focused more on pure muscle hypertrophy and he also increased his body fat percentage by a considerable amount. I don’t think it’s impossible if you assume he switched his training and eating.
People need to realize that "jacked" doesn't have to be 225+ lbs. Being "jacked" is how you're built relative to your height. Tom is not that tall compared to the 200 lb+ "jacked" guys, but he's still built well regardless at 160 lbs. It also doesn't help that more and more people these days are becoming overweight/obese lmao
As a 5'8 (173cm) dude, I agree that it's almost impossible to be 225lbs and look great. I'm currently 65kg and look more muscular than my 76 kg 180cm friend, its not about weight, it's about the RATIO between weight and height
I think Tom is natural considering he always was very fit and did lots of sports in his life. I hope he is natural

Realize what he said guys, he’s never bulked. Meaning his physique for Spider-Man was noobie gains (and probably not even all of them) plus being lean. So he bulks, gets the rest of his noobie gains and puts on a noticeable amount of fat. Him doing it naturally isn’t completely out of the question
I think this channel accuses every celeb of being not natty , i mean when i bulked up from being lean, i gained like 10 kgs in 10 months and this at home not going to the gym, so Tom Holland transformation doesn't seem not natural

Wtf is up with idiots in the comments section. The dude is mildly ripped and in good shape. But he aint thor, clearly not on steroids
All jealous or insecure, its pathetic how grown man act when another guy gets praised for his body
Cause we all know people dont take sarms or roids unless they look like Thor. If he said 18 months i would believe it but he did it in 5 months. Not happening even for someone with good genetics. You will be surprised of how many people take roids and look average. No hate on Tom.He is an actor and played Spiderman exceptionally.

I think he’s my age.. this is very possible naturally. I was 170 then went to 140, 160, and stabled at 155 without crazy workouts. At our age it’s really what you eat and how often you workout.
Yes and no. When you first start working out a lot you're definitely going to get quicker results. You are going to put muscle on and you're going to lose fat because your body is not used to all that. So you're naturally going to burn fat off and your muscles are naturally going to grow. But no one puts on 20 lb of muscle naturally that quickly. Either he didn't put on that much or he took something. When I first started working out I was 185 and skinny fat and I dropped to about 160 and I took my first steroid cycle and I did about 12 weeks of testosterone and I started eating way more and working out with guys who did bodybuilding competitions so everything was on point and I went from 160 to about 173 or 175. In that area. And that was nowhere near 20 lb of muscle. I'm not saying he did steroids or not. But when you look at the group that he was working out with, Mark Wahlberg clearly does steroids and I believe has admitted so. Guys like Chris Hemsworth and Chris Evans absolutely do steroids. The big thing in Hollywood is HGH because number one you can afford it and you can afford the good stuff and because you are in Hollywood you can get the real stuff. I did real growth hormone once for about 6 months and I had never done it before because I never trusted that it was real but my best friend met someone who unfortunately had HIV and because of that got it prescribed from a doctor so my friend would hop in the car with him and they would go to the pharmacy and pick it up and the guy would sell half of it to my buddy. So for the first time I knew that it was real and I spent a ridiculous amount of money on it. But I built muscle and dropped fat and looked better than I had in years and I did it with a diet that was less quality than I had done in the past. It was fantastic. My skin was cleaner my hair was more full and looked better my sex drive was better everything was better. It was amazing. It's much safer than anabolic steroids as long as you're not doing extremely high doses. But whether he was on them or not he looks good. He's still tiny but in Hollywood he's more of that normal size haha
@@thickerconstrictor9037 I’ve never taken anything and I’m not rich so with his money I believe he could’ve achieved that without steroids. He isn’t huge. All it takes is time, nutritionist, and a trainer.

The biggest steroid cycle I ever took, I was eating seven meals a day I was working out with my bodybuilding buddies getting ready to do my first show I was eating a bulking bodybuilding diet and I was taking 900 mg of sustanon week along with 300 mg of tren ace which is a fucking miracle of a steroid. And I went from about 183 right out of fire academy with very little fat, to about 207 and I probably gained about 10 lb of water weight and a little bit of fat. But I was easily the biggest I'd ever been and I looked very good. Still wasn't 20 lb of muscle. And even when I was young and first working out and would have had the biggest opportunity to grow the fastest, even with the help of steroids and eating six meals a day and working out with my body building buddies, I only went from 160 to 173. He looks great and he's probably all natural but even if he's not, who cares. People can put whatever they want in their own bodies and if they want to do steroids good for them if they don't good for them.
@@thickerconstrictor9037 the video said just 20 lbs, not pure muscle. I’d agree on you if that were the case. Tom was literally skin and bones, probably was benching max 145 lmao. I’d kill to be able to start fresh with all the trainers and nutritionists like he was able to. He still has a long way to go before he can justify adding in the sauce. How tall are you for that weight on gear and how old were u at your biggest?
Straight Killa!
Este chabón me da una ternura, me hace acordar a mi mejor amiga de la infancia, siempre adoptó un amigo así q lo re banco a mil y lo cuido. Ojalá la rompa!!!
to be fair he has it much easier than rest of us , he has meal planners preparing food down to last calorie , personal coaches and health supporters .
not sure why people are claiming steroids tbh. most use steroids yes, but those transformations are crazy. tom literally only gained 18 lbs and lost all his leanness. Anyone can do that in 2 months easy.
He was shredded in Uncharted.
Most of movie star physiques are unnatural but Tom holland definitely has a natural looking physique that can be attained within that amount of time if you’ve been active and athletic majority of your life
I noticed something really undeniable in my childhood. I used to do push ups and curls a lot.
As long as I am doing 300 full rom knuckle push ups each day (or atleast 3 days a week) and 5 sets of curls till failure every other day...
First set of push ups being max reps..
Whatever weight I was putting on was lean, striated, granite hard muscle.
When you can do 100+ push ups full rom non stop (no rest between reps) and you are maintaining or improving that...
The amount of weight you do put in IS ALWAYS muscle.
I still do push ups atleast 3 days a week, one set of one arm push ups and one set of knuckle push ups.....
Whenever I dont watch what I eat, I get super husky and jacked. Like Bane in TDKR but slightly leaner.
I think being very good at push ups changes your genetics, and I am not kidding.
When you are that fucking strong relative strength wise and have that level of anaerobic endurance, you never really get out of shape again.
Tom Holland boy has always worked out almost as a job, because in the end of the day that's what it is for him
But you also can improve and get close to what he did if you can keep consistent long enough, like one year
Trap your body in a way it has no scape other than grow muscle
If you do heavy resistance training every day, taking your body to failure and you give nutrients (eat enough) and enough rest (sleep 8 hours a day) for it to recover, it will change its composition to adapt to the tasks you're demanding it to.
Have fun working
I’m sure that hanging out with mark and really focusing hard can get someone jacked in 5 months
He a sure for his nomination in the 'Most Ripped Junkie' catogory at this year's awards.
Mr. Leslie Moss Vs Tom Holland!! Excitement is in the air!!

Love this, a lot of guys don’t put in enough effort
Tom Holland is what happens when money > integrity
He's natural. I've literally done this guy's it's not impossible you just have to commit.
