I took a long break from the game and started again a week ago. I'm impressed by the stuff they are giving away these months tbh. Was very frustrated with how Gumi was doing their business when the dark veritas banner came up with too many good units comming on too many banners one after the other to the point where ppl had to give up opportunities for a specific one they wanted or pay hard cash to keep trying... If they stay true to the rates showed and a bit of luck, everyone can get something good from this. Fingers crossed and good luck everyone! Also happy to see I can still cound on your videos Claic! I pretty much spent a 6 digit number of lapis since Day One of the Global...and I'm caught up with the main story minus Bahamut plus 3-star Shiva and Ramuh (have to do additional prep on top of RL stuff). As for Fan Festa, they are making a mistake with only going to one city this year, due to demographics of some players who can't go to LA (I can't go due to work [December is the busy month with my employer]).
The E3 announcements were just so nice to hear. So many good things are coming, and just the cactuar fusing, 99 max unit fuse (up from 5 max lol), and that reload button are gonna make the game so much less tedious. I love seeing all the rewards we're being given, as I was not expecting that in the least. People were getting restless during the Dragon Quest announcements, and it was fun to see everyone's mood change once all the gifts and changes started being announced. Some people were still disappointed with not being given a date for 7*, but it's clearly coming in the near future. We should just enjoy the upcoming improvements and stay patient for when 7* hits. FFBE GL as we know it is about to drastically change for the better, and I, for one, am HYPED!! Edit: I typed this out before I even watched this video. After watching, I feel like I repeated everything that was already mentioned in the video. My bad, Claic! Also, my prediction is early to mid August for 7*.
Fusing pots and cactaurs :D Also the selecting 99 is pretty good also. Everything up to that point was 'that is pretty good' then that I am pretty excited for :P
Pretty sure in JP they announced you could purchase the 7 star awakening materia from the TMR tradeing system for 10,000 points. And if you're going to make the STMR, make two seven star and merge them, because in JP they have rewards for the total number of seven star units you've created.
Aw heck yes, I'm ready to get my 7* Orlandeau and Rem. It feels so surreal that I'll be able to ngl, considering I've been F2P entirely with this game. Crossing my fingers to hopefully get another Yuna so I can 7* her eventually too!
Even though they didn't mention Select Summons it has to be introduced sometime because its not only part of King Mog in the future but its imperative for 7 stars. As the roster grows getting the specific 6 Star you want for 7 stars will get harder and harder so if they don't introduce Select Summon down the road getting 7 Stars will become nigh impossible over time.
from the calculations, the option 2 has an average of 1.5 rainbows, the cactuar dunes seems like an equal to that, 1 full week and not a weekend of tuar dunes with a chance of 5x the XP, with tuar fusing there, this is a huge deal... PLEASE READ THIS CLAIC :)
Thanks for the info. I'm a bit bummed I didn't know you would need natural 5* base to make a 7* ! I'm pretty new only been playing about 3 months and I had duplicate of a few good newbie 5* characters and fed them to get that 5% TMR. I guess I shouldn't be too bummed as a new player I should have done more research I didn't even know about perfect chaining duplicate units back then. Now it's time to save my tickets and hope I can get some good options for a 7* team. It seems like a good time to join this game I can't imagine how much harder grinding was for people who played this game from the start!
Hey Claic just a small update to what you said on your video, but the last King Mog event in JP (Final Fantasy Tactics) started offering 3 UoC tickets, at the price of 1K, 150K and 300k!
I will also be voting for the daily free summon with 5% rainbow chance! I have a bad feeling many people are going to go for the 1000 free weekly lapis because it is a large number and feels enticing.

12:22 You have this information wrong. Watch the video again, translator said that in GL 7* awakenings would be different, I think we need two 6* level 100 units to get a 7* unit. She also said that we can "earn" a super trust mastery from a 7* unit. It's not clear at all what our exact process will be but they said it will be different basically.
I think the translator got it wrong as well, I guess best advice is to wait for official announcement. My assumption is that they were specifically mentioning the differences in the GL and JP method of getting 7* units and STMR. When she mentioned STMR for instance she was talking about a single 7* unit and said it can gain it's STM, probably just me hoping we can TM farm them in earth shrine but the vague language doesn't help.
Always enjoy the videos. Have a question about 7*. I am f2p so i have limited resources when it comes to pulling 5 based units. I have randomly pulled 4 VotD. I'm not sure how to effectively merge them. 1 has 100% tmr, another 5% with 25 LBmax, and 2 are 0% at lvl 80 5* still. Do i want to turn the 100% into a crystal and merge with my 5%? Or other way around?
While the collaboration content overview in the beginning of the stream was a necessity it was about 15 minutes of content that went on for about 30 minutes. The rest was effing hype!

And I thought 7* would be a long and slow process as you have to TMR farm the unit before converting it to a 7* material so that you dun waste the TMR... at least now you can go ahead to get your 7* unit.
well if you do end up having/deciding to pull on it again you will likely get more LMS, they are awesome I have found for expeditions(several S rank ones LMS defaults to the max 16% naked) and if nothing else they are worth massive xp for fusion ;)
latter...they added this system on jp a couple weeks ago...you can trade units with 100% tm for points that you can use to exchange for either 50% super tms 1 5star of choice ticket (you need 10 to trade for 1 5 star unit) and Limited time Units Orb that allows you to turn an specific unit on a 7Star. witch includes dragon lord.. and the list change montly I velive. and actually we got Dragon Lords orb this month. if you wanna wait that long thats another option

I just recently got DKC's tmr, and he is fully enhanced. Hopefully get a 2nd one of him to get him to 7 star. He already hits like a truck.
