What a good looking piece of gear and at the right time as my Pard which is only six months old, its rangefinder has just stopped working! But by the look of things this NOCPIX LUMI H35 THERMAL does not come with rangefinder! Or am I wrong? The quality of the thermal is the best I have seen to date. Thanks for sharing this info.
@richardt.4224 no range finder on this unit. I find range finders essential on scopes for longer shooting or for using a 22lr but handheld I prefer no range finder. It's certainly a bloody good unit! Around 4300 nzd I think
@@ChasetheWildNZ If I was younger and I was still working I’d buy a scope with a rangefinder plus ballistics, but sadly that is not going to happen. I think PARD NZ will replace my TA32-25LRF with a new one. I use Arken FFP scopes on both my Tikka rim and centrefire rifles; I range everything, because I prefer to dial it in, even at night when shooting possums with my 22Lr. Thermal and IR scopes are I find a pain, so I shoot with RED light. But when shooting centre fire I use rangefinder bino’s. I have just had my Samurai engine rebuilt and once I have all my bills paid I want to get out and chase that first Tahr, although I would like some more goat meat!
Finally a better "Infiray" Iris with a 640 Sensor exactly what i allways wanted all other spotters with large Sensor where too tall for my cup of tea, portable lightweight fit in any Pocket
@@ChasetheWildNZ not only in Alpine Territory also in the Forest Stalking to Quick Spot your surroundings or in the fields at night spotting for Wild Boar
@varmint223 the L35 had the lower resolution sensor. 384 vs 640. Aldo the base magnification is higher with the L35. The rest is pretty similar. I'd recommend going for the 640 res sensor every day if you can save your pennies. I know a sale or two will be coming up in NZ nearer the roar. The L35 higher base mag means it's more suited for glassing hills and slopes 300m + away from you and less useful up close for wallaby and rabbits etc. T Just a smaller field of view of that makes sense
Plenty to come! I'm giving it a good work out over the next wee while. It's only going to look better as the surroundings cool and the animals show up even better
Looks like quite a piece of kit. Compact size and portability is fantastic
@blaircade2088 it's the perfect size and weight for those big trips!
Crazy how good the clarity on those things are 👍
@controlledrecoil-nzhunting it's stacked with goodness!

@lenzadlberger it's bloody nice to use up in the alpine stuff. Lightweight and that pouch is ideal!

love it
@@homey3051 thanks!
Very nice,What is the base magnification or field of view at 100m
2.5x base.. decent field of view. Easy to use for closer things like rabbits etc. Even blood trailing
Very nice resolution. Possums are closer to "Threatened" status on that block these days! 😉
What’s the difference in the L35 and H35 have you used both?

Price??
@@1mykah in NZ , I think just over 4k
@ChasetheWildNZ I appreciate the reply. That price is more than reasonable in comparison to its competitors
@1mykah I think so too! It's stacked with great gear!
