I feel u on the sensory issues! I can’t. If the temperature isn’t just right, my body can’t decide if it’s hot or cold, and it starts sweating and freezing and I just get super uncomfortable. If my socks aren’t exactly right, it has to be fixed, rn. If any clothing is too tough or itchy or the texture isnt smooth or whatever, I can’t do it. If something is around my neck too tight I can’t do it. If my pants don’t line up the right way I can’t do it. If things r too tight or too lose, I can’t. If my bed sheets don’t feel cool and smooth in the summer or cozy and warm on the winter, I can’t. It’s just annoying lol ur not allowed me girl, ur not alone!

You can use dye on synthetic fabrics, although I’ve had trouble with it dying evenly on knit fabric.
