Not really lol. He said Ooooook like 3 times, then tried to get rid of him onto someone else lol. Be as sarcastic as possible without them noticing, that’s the plan.
Netflix needs to pay this guy handsomely and commission a series. Surely this show would draw a global audience, esp in the US, where British tongue and cheek has an appeal. In all his interviews, Kayvan Novak keeps saying how it took him hundreds of calls just to get one that's TV worthy. It took a ridiculous amount of time to generate enough content for just for one episode; mentally very taxing. Lol there isn't anyone who can prank call like him, so pay the man well for his time and talent... In recent yrs hes been acting in shows which aren't worth his talent.

It's sad ppl go to prison cus of making bad choices after their prison time they end up with bad record no jobs oppurtubity and this forces them into crime again a vicious cycle
Yeah, all the way through this I couldn't help but think of this kid as a real person. Like 15 GNVQs is really good if you left school with little to no qualifications, fell into a criminal lifestyle, got caught and realised your mistakes in life and started to try to turn it around.
The ville, 1, no youth offenders in Pentonville, 2, to work the kitchens was good, 3, best job I ever had working at Pentonville prison .. Nick Leader was an awesome governor
Prison ISN'T supposed to be rehabilitation. It's intended to separate dangerous individuals from the rest of society and serve as a deterrent to crime. Rehabilitation is secondary. Also rehabilitation is entirely based on the individual. No system can reform someone who chooses to do crime if given the opportunity.
@@DaveSmith-cp5kj "No system can reform someone who chooses to do crime if given the opportunity." and yet Norway shifted focus from punishment to rehabilitation 20yrs ago. This was followed by large reductions in reoffending rates. All of this can go hand in hand with 'separating dangerous individuals from the rest of society', which is impossible to disagree with.
@@MorganHayes_Composer.Pianist The problem is the vast majority of offenses Norway cites as success are things like theft which even in other countries without rehabilitation programs already have large reduction in reoffence rates (crime throughout the world is dramatically reduced to to things like crime tip services, and the prevalence of smartphones for clearer testimony). I've worked with prisoners before, and they all basically know each others nature (they live together after all). They all know which are the compassionate prisons and which are the strict ones, and the ones headed to compassionate prisons have very little incentive to avoid a prison sentence. Many even plan their crimes based on the prison they want to reside in! While criminals make a dumb decision to do crime, they aren't stupid if that makes sense. They are very calculating in analyzing and gaming the system, and you have to be in order to even think of doing a crime. I'll give a personal experience. We once busted several massage parlors participating in prostitution and one of the newer guys had so much compassion for the prostitutes because he didn't understand what was really going on. So I gathered them all up in front of him and asked them if we fine you all 100K, will you stop prostitution? It was a unanimous no. And the reason was because prostitution was an easy job and paid so much that it was a much easier choice for them than to work a real job like the rest of us. Any fine we give them they could get their Johns to pay it off in a month with patronage.
The real thing that dates this episode is him saying "If I can work in Jamie Oliver's dead posh restaurant charging £8 a meal..." bloody McDonalds costs that much these days.
