Just to clarify about the title....I'm NOT Calling Gronk Dumb. I put dumb in quotations to try and show that it was being said by OTHER PEOPLE and not really true! In the video I try to show that Gronk has a goofy personality, but actually has an insanely high football IQ and is really smart. He is truly one of my fave players ever! Thank you guys soooo much for watching!! Love ya'll!!!

Anyone here to criticize for being "insensitive" or something really needs to hop off the PC bandwagon - life is too short! Instead of trying to imagine how others' words might be offensive or imperfect, try interpreting their words like you think they meant them *first.* it'll save you a lot of needles negativity and time lost fretting needlessly

On a podcast, someone mentioned Rob's affinity for the number 'sixty-nine' (69). They started quizzing him, like, "what's 12 time 69?" Or "30 times 69." It took him a few moments, but he could do it all in his head. Impressive stuff, really.

I actually argue the opposite. Gronk is/was never dumb. He comes off as not being book smart which could be true. However, he did several clever things in his career that I thought were hilarious. He was supposed to be traded to the Lions in 2018 (I think it was actually a done deal) but told the Patriots he was retired so the trade was killed lol. During Covid in Tampa, he was required to run a certain amount of times/days during his training. Gronk hated running so much that he decided to do all of his running in one day and filmed himself doing it in different outfits and at different times in the day to make it seem like he did all of the required running and sent the footage to the Bucs lol. He's stated several times that he has only spent his endorsement money and not his salary. When it comes to football IQ, the guy definitely was smart in that area.

He was not a stupid guy. I think he was quite intelligent but, he had a zest for living and having fun. He wanted life to be fun and worth living. and bring a smile to people's faces.
Gronk is just a good guy. No arrogance or thinking he is above everyone. He just a down to earth decent guy.
He is a legend and will be remembered for his playing years from now.
And this is coming from someone who grew up in Kansas City and has always liked my hometown team the Chiefs.

Would have been great, to have seen him play against LT. So many great matchups, of players who were the greatest at their position over the years.

KC fan from diaper to death and I love Kelce and Tony... but Gronk is The MAN. What a massive unit. Beast of a man. Glad I was able to witness his work in real time. Dude had zero brakes. Ja can say he was reckless w his body but... he played as he was.

You dont need to be a rocket scientist to play football. Gronk is massive. He's taller than Michael Strahan and Howie Long. The dude was just a beast.

Just throwing this out there but if you had siblings mini sticks was always pure chaos and came with some rug burn, bruises, bleeding and crying lol so many wild mini stick games. PS you always make dope videos! Keep them coming!

@@SheGotSports yea the bruises on the knees and hands from slashing was brutal lol although I do recall a time at my one friends house we put a hole in the wall by my best friend hitting his brother into the wall and it was wild to see the dry wall break and thankfully they didn’t say anything until the next day when we all went home from the sleepover hahaha

"Gronk" was smart...at FOOTBALL. But it didn't make him an Einstein. And...destroying people MAY not absolve a person from being "dumb". But...I GET your gist! The "69" incident was hillarious! 😁😂🤣 All in all I LOVE that guy, smart OR "dumb", warts and all. He was fun-loving, which I'll NEVER criticize! And likely one of the smartest tight ends in the business(!)
