I bought AC just 2 months before.. and now they saying it will be chargable because I bought it from Flipkart and installation done JEEVES . What should I do?

When you turn on the AC at what temperature does it come on? Because if my AC is on 16°/18°/20° and when I turn it on then it always comes on 24 degree ...why??

Sir outdoor dusri jgah lagwaya tha new ac hai.... Extra pipe bhi lga lekin ac technician ne proper insulation nhi kiya sirf upar upar se tapping krdi jisse paani tapak rha hai usme... Or cooling bhi pehle se aadhi ho gyi hai plz sir solution btaye...
Brand ko complaint kar ap sahi se installation karaye.. aur ha Vacuum bhi kara lijiyega kyuki installation ke samay apke technician ne kee to nahi hogi..
