totally great stuff!!! i couldnt hesitate to come here and say a biiiiiiiiiiiiiig liiiike to your videos! totally helpful. please more videos. but the pictures of the movies are even better than the movies. please use more stuff like that quality things in the videos itself.
Thanks for your explanation, but I understand that for the new design of valve seats all seat shall be bidirectional isolation to avoid valve leak, is that true?
Nice video Sir to understand for soft seated ball valve. Dear Sir kindly please give your suggestion for a high-pressure ball valve which seat is good to use for 6000 psi in the Screwed end ball valve??
Yes some manufacture put ODGOOVE on all kind of soft seat ball valve valve seat include PEEK seat. This video cover picture the rightmost grey color valve seat is PEEK seat. It has ODGROOVE.
But can't find the reason why most manufacturers not suppling peek for Self-reliving application...More than that saying it is more rigid not available to relieve the cavity pressure...may I know the technical reason
I think that depend on different manufacture and different design. The only one reason why we need ODGOOVE because when pressure flow to the bake of the valve seat and push the valve seat. The valve seat may have deformation and then block the pressure on the back of the valve seat with the ball and the valve body. But if the valve seat are very rigid it will not have deformation by the pressure so the little gap between the seat and valve body will not be sealed. so the pressure can flow to the cavity by the gap between the valve seat and the valve body.
The diagram shown is a floating ball valve , but floating ball valves are downstream seated ball valves not upstream as the seats are fixed. How it can be self relieving

Thanks! I will going to make more videos.
Thanks for giving tips.
Hey....can you explain scraper type seat arrangement
Great video, thanks for sharing
Nice Video, Can you please explain the Metal Seat also.
Great video
Thanks!
more videos please, subscribed liked
Hi . I need iso no. For metal to metal seat valves. Dose has std no for graphite rings ?
What is a good angle for a cone shape seal?
Thanks for your explanation, but I understand that for the new design of valve seats all seat shall be bidirectional isolation to avoid valve leak, is that true?
I hope to hear me soon.
You talk about the upstream seat but this is not the sealing side of the valve. On a floating ball valve only the down stream seat seal the pressure.

The content material used in this video belongs to Metso company!
楼主是中国人吗,我看到图纸是中文的哈哈
👍👍👍
This ODGROOVE design Valve is the one known as self-reliving seat...Want to know this could be achieved in rigid seat material like peek vespel
